This place is a gem! We live 45 minutes away, and we were celebrating my husband and daughter’s birthday…..this place is precious! The staff was amazing, the venue was adorable and the food/drinks were great. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous property! Our room has everything we needed, comfortable beds & was very clean. The staff was great, very friendly. Fun pool & best of all your own entrance into the Comal River right behind the property! We secretly plan to stay here again, it was a great time

Excellent cabins on the Comal Springs. I’ve stayed here many times over the years. Petit Cowboy has renovated the property nicely. I will definitely be returning.

Everything was so nice and peaceful.

Everyone was very busy and nice and it’s a beautiful place to just relax and enjoy the nature and surrounding areas with the river. They also have an outside area good entertainment for the whole family.

We booked Petit Cowboy for a long weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The A-frame lodging was super cute, the bedding was insanely comfortable, and the location was 10/10! Super close to Schlitterbahn, quiet and woodsy. We brought our pups with us for our stay and they loved every minute. Great space for running and playing, easy access to the Comal River right on property for swimming, they enjoyed their stay just as much as we did! We absolutely will be back.

This was a hidden gem that we were lucky to come across. Very clean and updated property. The pool and river access were a great perk. The full bar and food were great. We will be booking again.

The pool and bar area were beautiful and relaxing, making it easy to unwind. The check-in area also has a fun, cozy atmosphere with a pool table and photo booth, which was a nice touch. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio overlooking the river. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. We arrived before check-in time, and the staff was kind enough to let us park on the property while we took an Uber to float the river. That extra hospitality was greatly appreciated. Overall, Petit Cowboy exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be back.
