Easy to walk to every thing

The loft was dirty, the shower had hairs , there was trash in the main restroom , I know for a fact them sheets weren’t changed , stay didn’t include the waterpark , so yeah never coming back

Our experience was horrible the minute we got there. Inaccuracy in listing and amenities. Front desk was no help at all. They all seemed clueless and making rules up as they go. Our fridge stopped working at 2 in the morning. Half our food was melted and spilled due to it after spending $475 on groceries for a family trip. Shuttle service from room to park was crappy. We called twice for shuttle no one showed up so we walked. Called for shuttle back and they still did not send anyone over. We walked back to our room. I called the ext day to let them know got a what do you want me to do about it because we really can’t response. We got a noise complaint because we were walking around at a family resort by some young group that was partying the next day. I would not recommend this place even if I got paid to. Not worth the time, effort or even the cost of it.

Location was perfect. We arrived & didn’t need to drive anywhere. Getting in park an hour early & s’mores in the evening were our favorite things.

Perfect place to stay for the water park. Pool is great. Rooms are a little dated, but for the price I can’t complain. Would definitely stay again

My room was ready before 3pm and the front desk kept saying it wasn’t ready, all the while I was parked outside.

We'd likely look to stay a different on site property next time we are there instead of at The Resort at the Bahn.

Cool property right above the river. We really enjoyed our stay- wish it was closer to the s’mores and movie since we had kids. BUT, this loft has a jacuzzi bathtub and is close to downtown. Only downside is if you need more towels rags or whatever you have to go over to the main property which is a few minutes away! Other than that- it’s great!

We liked it all. Movie night was nice. We are ready to do it again next year

We like to stay here for the one hour early entry to the park. We always enjoy our stay. The rooms are small and this is an older property, but it’s clean and suits our needs just fine. We always go to the s’mores and popcorn with nighttime outdoor movie too.

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights in a room that had no window, the air conditioner sounded like it was going to explode everytime it came on. It smelled as if it was a basement, it felt like one ! The toilet seat was broken.

Love all the activities for the kids, great access to the park. We always have fun!

This place was wonderful! Everything was clean and the room was nice and COLD, it felt so good after being in the sun all day! Very pretty rooms and suite! The beds were so comfortable! View was pretty! And is surrounded by gates for security and safety. The resort front desk was so nice and helpful!

If your looking for a fun filled week long vacation or just a weekend trip...these guys at the schlitterbahn resort in new braunfels did not disappoint. First off the staff were extremely helpful and polite. They made checking in a breeze and gave us all the information needed to have an awsome stay. The room was ready when we arrived and was so nice to enter into after a hot day out at the water park which was just a short walk away from our accommodations. And I mean short. The beds were super comfy. The full kitchen came in super handy. Oh and no need for paper dishes....it was stocked! My wife was very appreciative for the coffee maker. If there was anything you needed or forgot, dont worry they carry common goods in the main office. Saved me when I forgot the toothpaste and didnt cost me an arm and a leg. We had a blast and cannot wait to get back

The view was great, the room was perfect for my family of 4, with one teenager. I requested clean towels and they got them up to the room very quickly. Staff was very nice, the pool area was fun & clean and the entrance to the park was easy to get to. I really enjoyed the movies playing in the evening, especially since the weather was so bad, Schlitterbahn actually closed down completely during our stay and there really isn't much to do for kids in the town. Other than the really awful weather, we enjoyed staying at The Bahn and would stay here again!

There is a free shuttle to get you to any of the Schlitterbahn locations which arrives pretty promptly. It was a really nice stay.

The resort is dated, it feels more like a camping vibe than a luxurious resort vibe. It’s cheaply finished and poor quality renovation are obvious. They staff and customer service is excellent and they do a great job of offering activities for the kids, but their pool areas are not anything fancy and inconvenient to try to access other pools on the resort. The rooms are okay, the resort is nice. From a family who regularly camps this felt like an upgraded camping experience, definitely not the resort vibe I was expecting like some other waterpark resorts I’ve been to.

Convent location for entering and navigating the park. Early access for those staying at the resort was a great perk.

Go to the wateroark
