The Resort at Schlitterbahn

We love staying here for a fun park weekend!

Excellent location and excellent service. 100% recommended.

Our floors were not mopped or swept before our arrival. We did not have a shower curtain either. Furniture and appliances were old and the rooms desperately need to be renovated. Amenities are obviously excellent and that’s why people stay here. I don’t think we’d stay here again.

Staff always great

Very family friendly. Good price. The rooms could definitely use some updating but the room slept our family of 5 well with a kitchen and plenty of room. Fun movie nights with smores and popcorn each night.

Shower needed better cleaning. Staff member that helped me check in was amazing.

First time to stay at the Lofts. Clean, convenient, quiet, and peaceful. Modern. On demand van was wonderful and drivers were helpful and friendly.

Bed was very comfy, room was clean, staff was fantastic! Kids loved making s'mores and watching outdoor money. Staff was super helpful about letting us know all the secrets of getting into Schlitterbahn early. Loved our stay!

Needs hooks for towels and suits. No place to hang anything. Need better curtains. Security lights shined in all night.

Is this the newest modern hotel? No. Is it right next to the water park, includes pools open till midnight, and is reasonably priced? Yes, yes, yes. I feel that if you’re the type to nitpick things, you probably shouldn’t stay here because it hasn’t been updated in a while but in the long run does that really matter if you’re not even there almost the whole day? I love being so close to the park. You could just walk back to your room for a break to grab some snack snacks. Only want to stay here from now on when visiting Schlitterbahn.

The furniture is a bit dated.. The bathroom towels need replacing.. There was no toilet paper holder… The fitting sheet for the bed didn’t fit.. small Outside porches need cleaning daily.. My family will stay there again!!!

So when I first arrived at the loft, I found out that the washer and dryer did not work and one of the shower heads did not work properly either I try to get them to come out and fix it. They never came. They said they were Going send somebody and they never did very expensive and a lot of money and it wasn’t really worth it. It’s always the first time for something I’ve been going to this waterpark for like the last 20 years the first time staying at these places and it’s just not upgraded. It needs a lot of work.

Everything was great and location perfect for walking to the Waterpark

Being close to the park The room was not at all the worth of the cost. No seating, indoor or outdoor, could not open the front door entirely, headboard covered most of a window, staff was not empathetic in the slightest. The bathroom was tight, my knees touched the door from the toilet.

Clean room, except for the floors/grout. Great amenities and proximity to the river. The beds could use some new, plush mattresses

The room was clean and good enough for what we needed, although it could definitely use some updating. We appreciated having a refrigerator, stove, and microwave, but were surprised that the kitchen didn’t include some basic items like a frying pan or even salt and pepper. Overall, the location and convenience outweighed the minor drawbacks. If your priority is easy access to Schlitterbahn, this is a great place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent resort! Staff is very friendly and helpful for being a big property it is very clean very well maintained! Lots of activities to do for the kids at the resort movie night was fun! Room very clean and shuttle service to east park is great!
