Great price! Comfortable room. Amazing staff. Close to Gruene. Located on the schlitterbaln property. Room smelled musty. It was raining and this is a property that is also probably always damp because it’s located in a water park. It just maybe the way it is.

Value for money. Too soft beds. Freezing AC including in the bathroom. We felt that the resort could be great for an extended family vacation (or groups of couples with children for example). The beds were so sift that we couldn't sleep and had to leave and change hitel after one night.

Decent place for the money. The beds in the room we were in was wore out. It was nice the pool stayed open late. Could use a little more lighting around the pool.

We arrived to late in the season should have looked into this place a little more everything is closed down at resort other things to do but have to travel to do them

We had a great view of the turtle-filled stream. I could do without the nearby train, but it wasn't too bothersome.

Apartment was very clean. We had everything we needed, including cooking utensils. The bed in one bedroom was a little uncomfortable. Nothing that wasn't unmanageable, just moved to another bedroom. Upstairs neighbors were a little loud, we could hear them walking and also throwing some kind of ping pong on the floor.

The location of the property is excellent. I would love to come back during the summer to experience all the resort has to offer The rooms were a little bit, noisy with footsteps and kids running back-and-forth. We tried to find an ice machine and didn’t have much luck. Bathrooms are small no room to lay anything out and the tubs surround could use a little work.

The price was the best as well as location. NO WINDOWS IN OUR ROOM. A little bit of mold in the bathroom near tub. A bit of a musty smell - but I know that it is due to it being a water park and people coming in wet, etc. I should have tried a room upgrade if I had known that there were no windows in our room.

The room was amazing , overlooking the comal river, close to rodeo and parade. Sliding glass door to balcony had dead bugs covering it, soap scum on window in main shower room, mold on wash machine door gasket. Upstairs neighbor extremely heavy on their feet and very loud.
