The beds are super comfy! This property is well maintained and the staff is friendly. The pool was refreshing and clean. I'll stay here again when I'm in the area.

The drywall was chipping beneath the air conditioner. There were chips of paint off walls, the vacuum had not been used along baseboards in months perhaps!? There was no fan in bathrm, the smoke alarm was hanging/dangling from the ceiling. The elevator did not work. We pressed button a dozen times and then used the stairs, leaving our belongings on 2nd floor. The desk person got it to open on 1st floor and waved me in. I kindly told him I wasn't going on that elevator. He went up and brought our things down. Then he told me to wait and off he went.

The water temperature in the shower was impossible to regulate. The linens felt itchy and rough. The pool water looked murky. My wife woke up with bite marks in the back of her legs.

The location was perfect! And loved the whirl pool tub! The entry way is extremely hard to see in the dark!

The hotel is okay but far too pricey- 350- for a mid- lower quality hotel.

Room was clean. Pool and hot tub were in good condition and maintained properly. Could have been more verity for breakfast options but the food was good.

We enjoyed staying here. It is extremely dated and not so nice BUT the rooms are big so that’s nice. The front desk person was LESS than helpful, borderline rude and there is no one there at checkout either. The location to New Buffalo Beach is definitely the biggest plus here.
