I liked that it was close to the casino and very close to the highway. The swimming pool and workout area was clean and usable. The room could have been cleaner, and it needs new curtains. The bed was so,so ok little hard for my taste. But overall it's a good place to stay.

It’s the quality in, good people, older hotel, get what ya pay for.. bonus for people who like pools and hot tubs they kept it open til midnight and days not open til 10am and was open before 9am

Overall, nice hotel located near freeway and Casino. Shuttle available to downtown and the railway stop (ask desk for instructions). Room was somewhat musty, but otherwise clean. They were good options available for breakfast. Beds were comfortable and hotel was quiet.

For the price, the hotel was worth a one night stay. Staff were very, very nice.

Bathtub chipped on floor. Just didn’t feel good being in the space. Not worthy of the higher ranking in hotels.com

room was clean except there was a beverage left in the frig and a pop tab on the floor, breakfast is OK, easy access from the interstate, property is clean also has some out sitting in the back of the building, right down the street from Lake Michigan

When I walked in, there were two girls talking to the guest relations person, They gave her mail, which she proceeded to open, then went to the back room while totally ignoring me. When I finally checked in and we went to our room, it smelled musty. In the morning another guest relations person was to busy on her phone to acknowledge anyone. Loved the location, nothing else.

Beds were comfortable, room was basic, nothing fancy but no complaints. Did not have the continental breakfast or use any of the amenities. Thought the price was a little high for such a basic room but it was near the casino and convenient

Only about 8 channels available on the TV, felt like I was back in the 60’s

The staff was super helpful and nice. The room was not as clean as it should be. Toilets needed to be cleaned by me. Hair was in the room as if it was not vacuumed.
