Liked the location and the breakfast was great and room was really nice Didn't like that the pool was closed and they said I could check in at 3 got there the room wasn't ready has to wait another hour

I don’t think I would book again. It’s almost too basic. Just bare bones kinda muah. Needs more towels, bedder beds & upgrade the breakfast. I prefer Fairfield’s but in this case my next stay will be @ the Holiday Inn next door

Pool is under construction but that didn’t bother us. Great breakfast. Great staff. Clean. Good location.

We traveled with 6 year old who was excited about swimming. If we knew about pool situation definitely would chose different hotel.

Room was small but very clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Plenty of good hot coffee available and food was enjoyable for a quick on the go breakfast.

This is downtown and they charge $50 to park in their secure area. The room I had was old but cool and roomy, unfortunately the linens had blood stains. Plenty of dining areas close by and the Rock & Roll HOF is daily close by and where we went. The front desk and valet were all super nice and helpful too.

It was a great stay. Everybody was helpful. Breakfast was very good. We would come back.

For a single night stay for $290 you would think you're getting a nice clean well maintained room. Well I guess not. The sheets were dirty, stained and filled with hair. The shower was covered in mildew. The tracks to for the window was filled with dead bugs and garbage. Absolutely disgusting, do not recommend.

Our stay was good overall. The rooms were a little musty smelling, couldn’t figure out why. Everything was clean though, no other complaints.
