Breakfast ok but eggs tasted like powdered eggs-ick! Waffles did not taste good - rubbery. Body wash dispenser was empty - Not refilled despite request.

We had a wonderful stay last weekend. The room was clean, and the staff was helpful.

Just great location and love that there is 2 beds with a pull out bed and. The breakfast is the best

The staff were amazing. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The room nice and clean.

Clean and up-to-date. The only problem was they had one person working on the breakfast and you can tell she was frustrated and irritated.

Free breakfast was great though the second day they were short staffed and the person doing breakfast was very stressed and falling behind. The second person that had been helping the day before did not show up and when they showed up late they did not come and assist which I found unacceptable and I did tell the front desk.

gym needs upgrade.

The rooms at the Fairfield Inn in New Buffalo were exceptionally clean, and the front desk staff was polite, but their inability to handle a severe noise complaint completely ruined our stay. Our second floor room was situated directly above an outside balcony area where a group of people had gathered. They were incredibly loud, so we called down to the front desk at 10:00 p.m. to complain. The woman at the desk was nice enough and admitted that the room next to ours had already called to report the exact same group. Unfortunately, being nice isn't the same as being helpful. Whatever the staff did to address the issue only worked for about five minutes. After that brief pause, the group started right back up, getting progressively louder as the night went on. Management never stepped in again to shut it down or enforce standard quiet hours, and the disruption continued unchecked until 2:00 a.m. Because of their failure to manage the property, we got absolutely no sleep. If you value a quiet night, I strongly recommend requesting a room far away from the outdoor balcony, or simply staying somewhere else until they learn how to enforce their noise policies.

The room was very nice and what I expected. The staff was courteous. The location was great. The side entrance door did not close properly. The metal at the bottom of the door was bent. This is a safety hazard. I informed the staff who said they would look into it. There was a spill on the floor of one of the elevators and it was never cleaned up. I suggest having the staff check these things periodically.
