The pool area was smallish and crowded but it was a weekend so understandable. Wish there were more then one pool

Overall, this was a nice place to stay that is 5mins away from NB and the beach. Property was nice and clean, bathroom was large and room was comfortable. My only complaint is that our room was never cleaned by staff during our 3 night stay. Coming back to the room at the end of the day to an unmade bed and unserviced room was disappointing.

The weather was rainy so it did not allow us to enjoy the outdoor pool and bar. Defiantly, will be coming back!

It was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting New Buffalo. We have two couples in a room and it was perfect. We loved the shuttle to the Amtrak station which dropped you off right by all the spots we wanted to hit in downtown New Buffalo. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The bed were very comfortable. We went to the casino after a night out in New Buffalo and it was great way to end our night. I would defintely go back to the Four Winds Casino if I stay in New Buffalo again!

Parking lot is weird and confusing where to exit. Need more exits out of there. Room needed more lighting by bathroom.

The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were beyond clean.Your cleaning staff deserve raises. They are a huge part of the stay. I was impressed with the tub. In most places I don't fit, I sink because my feet don't reach the end of the tub, I'm short.I know this sounds ridiculous but to someone who loves baths & doesn't even fit in my own tub at home & then to come here & enjoy a good bath was the cherry on top of my stay. It was a relaxing stay from a hectic week. We definitely will be back for another stay.

I thought it was good, but I thought with the price I paid they cleaned the room every day, otherwise I would’ve gave it a better rating, the only other complaint there were times it smelled like weed

We stayed in a junior suite for two nights and the room was big, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed the pool, even though it was small. We saw the hot tub after the fact and would have used it had we known how that worked with guests because it was in a gazebo quite a ways from the pool area. We had room service for breakfast and our order didn’t get picked up but arrived quickly after we called. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.
