Very nice hotel and casino. Lots of variety of restaurants in the casino, only thing that disappointed me with the restaurants, they close all restaurants down by 10 pm. Rooms very nice and clean but we had 3 people staying in the room and only 2 coffee pods, we asked for more and they only brought up 2 more pods. All the staff was very nice through out the whole place

The pool area with bar service to you while you are wading in the pool is the best! Then sit poolside and order a burger or snack! Live music and towel and water bottles free for your stay! I love this Hotel and Casino! I will always come back.

The room was good. The property is clean and smoking free. The casino on.the other hand was a total disaster. Neither the slots or tables were paying. If u dont care about losing money then this is a good place.

Our “non-smoking” room was definitely a smoking room, at least at one point. It smelled awful and they said they couldn’t change us bc all of the non-smoking rooms were taken. Woke up with a sinus headache from whatever fumes were still in the room.

Loved our time. Food was okay but not anything you’re going to write home about.

First I would like to say that I received an upgrade on my room and I was very appreciative of that. It was cozy and comfortable. I went to a couple of buffets and they were very nice and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely be returning.

Excellent experience! Great customer service with Krystal at the front desk who upgraded our room. The room was clean and very nice! We were pleasantly surprised and can’t wait to come back! Please visit this place! 👍

Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Wish more of the bars and restaurants were open, went on weekday. Overall, nice property with plenty of parking. Didn't make it to the pool, but we walked to see and looks like a fun spot to hang out with an outside bar. We are not gamblers, stayed because the price was good for a last minute trip to New Buffalo, but we did a few slots, casinos itself is a good size, lots of machines and tables. Would definitely recommend and even stay again.

Had a great time. Celebrated a retirement and a 75th birthday for 2. A sister and a dear friend! Enjoyed the pool areaand the casino. We will return.

We were so incredibly impressed with everything when staying here. The check-in hosts were so friendly and helpful. They went through all the necessary information such as housekeeping, pool bar, etc. and answered additional questions we had. Everything was so clean and fresh smelling. The only unwelcoming smoke odors we encountered were when entering the elevators and exiting. Rooms were beautiful and clean. The casino was clean and fresh smelling. Couldn't ask for anything more for our stay. So impressed, I have already booked another stay.
