Staff was amazing and friendly

My girlfriend and I ended up staying here after not having electricity at our apartment after just moving in during a heat wave. They were more than helpful and accommodating towards the both of us cause we have a small cat with us and they genuinely saved our cats life by letting us stay here with her.

Staff was great, particularly Jean at the front desk, who helped us out with some extra details that made our stay great and who was just really nice. The hotel has been recently renovated so the Expedia listing is out of date- it definitely has an elevator, and the common areas are super nice, including the outdoor fire pit patio and pool. Our handicapped room was spacious and appropriately accessible, particularly the spacious shower. Everything was spotless. The other staff we encountered were professional and friendly.

Didn't give it a 5, only because the hotel is not on that level, however everything was great from the guest service, to the room, tp breakfest. Great stay in a good area.

We were very disappointed that the hotel did not disclose ongoing renovations at the time of booking. The work was centered in the entrance lobby, making coming and going feel unsafe and hectic with our one-year-old. Between the loud construction noise and the overpowering paint fumes, it was not a suitable environment for a young child. Transparency is key, and we should have been given the chance to book elsewhere given the conditions.

The room was great The Clutter. I know it is under renovation but there was a ton of clutter, garbage and a lot of coffee drinking

Suite was under construction with dust in lobby and pool closed. Bathroom door lock didn't work and toilet stopped working at end of stay.
