Elysian Fields Inn

Beautiful, well-maintained older building. Open and comfortable. Nothing to dislike about the property. The only downside was noises from outside (loud music in cars, etc). But that is likely an issue anywhere in or around the French quarter.

The room and service was fantastic

Location was great, not in the middle of the the quarters, but close enough to walk to everything. The property is great, nothing I can think of.

Elysian Fields was a wonderful bed and breakfast experience for my wife and I's visit to New Orleans. The breakfast was amazing and different every morning. It was a true mom and pop shop with very helpful and honest staff. The house is charming and provides that old school New Orleans vibe. It's also very close to the Frenchman Street area that has many wonderful The bed wasn't the most comfortable. Regardless, we slept great after days of exploring New Orleans mostly on foot.

It was within walking distance of many spots so the location was excellent. It was safe and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and contributed to the “well-looked after” feeling at this B&B :) It’s on a busy main street so some noise but nothing major.

The hosts were wonderful!The breakfast was delicious and the location can't be beat. Blocks from the best music and still quiet enough to get a good night sleep. Will definitely be back!

The owner is very friendly and helpful giving a lot of good recommendations.It is situated just outside the french quarter and very close to the Frenchman street (where you can enjoy night life and music). The building is nicely renovated and has a typical characteristic style. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast is fresh cooked and varies every day.

Breakfast was awesome. Not what I was expecting, but so much more. Usually do not get a homecooked breakfast when staying at an Inn. A pleasant surprise that tasted wonderful.

The hosts are so welcoming and make you feel right at home. The decor is charming, the room so comfortable, and the breakfast is really fantastic! I also appreciated small touches like treats in the common area, makeup remover in the room that I had forgotten to pack...Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The building is so nice and spacious. The breakfasts are gorgeous and the hosts are so nice. You'll love your stay! A little bit on the pricey side but worth it!

We loved the location - so walkable to the main sites we were interested in visiting yet just set apart so a bit more quiet. Breakfasts were delicious and we loved the homey vibe of being able to spend time hanging out on the cozy front porch. The only thing that could have been better was to perhaps have a mattress topper/foam topper for the sofa bed in our suite. The room was shown as sleeping 4 people and we were 3, so in that scenario you'd want a legitimate bed for the other 1-2 people if it sleeps 4. The sofa bed got a bit uncomfortable by the end of the stay, and I think that could be easily fixed with a small investment in a more supportive mattress topper.

The hosts were awesome. They made the best breakfast you can imagine. It was like waking up in a fancy restaurant every morning. The other guests were very nice as well. They gave you your privacy and answered any questions you had about the city.

Great breakfast and friendly owner who took time to explain tips for where to see and how to get there. Nice swimming pool. all the comforts of home at your disposal and free coffee, tea and water.

The hosts, Michelle and Bob, were so welcoming and helpful with recommendations on places to see, eat and drink. The house is beautiful and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and it was fun to connect with the other guests.

Michelle was absolutely wonderful...the breakfast was delicious. The room we were in was a tab humid, so even with ceiling fan, it seem like not enough air flow.
