It’s beautiful The only thing it was missing was a hot tub

I did not like anything about this property. Very cheap. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, housekeeping never cleaned my room until I asked and the soda machines weren’t working. It supposed to been breakfast that was a like it was just coffee and the towels that they gave me were stained

No comment Staff was ok. They were frustrated because they had a new system and didn’t really know how to work it. The first room we were given was not cleaned at all. Trash in the room, bed unmade. We were given another room. Bed extremely uncomfortable and unstable. Noise outside of rooms all nite, it appears people also live at hotel. Roaches came marching out in the wee hours of the nite. Will not be back

The lady from Friday night and the maintenance worker was really nice. Other then that I was not impressed When I first got there the lady informed me that the lock on the door was not working. So every time we needed to get in the room we had to get someone to open the door for us. When we first got in the room it was hot cause the air wasn’t on. Put the air on and we went swimming for about an hour. Get back to the room and still hot. Air conditioner did not work. When we flushed the toilet it would leak from the bottom. So I went to the front desk and complained and they couldn’t do anything about it until the next day cause the maintenance worker was gone for the day. Couldn’t move us cause there wasn’t anymore rooms. So we had to stay in a hot room for the night cause all the hotels were booked up. The next day when the maintenance worker was there he told us he didn’t understand why they would put us in the room cause they knew the air wasn’t working. He went to the front desk and told them that they had to move us. We were getting ready to leave for a couple of hours and he came back and told us he wasn’t gonna wait on them to move us he replaced the air conditioner. If it wasn’t for him we probably would have slept in there again hot. And the lady that was working the front desk Saturday morning was really rude.

Staff was pleasant. Felt unsafe, room didn’t get cleaned, room our only towels and didn’t leave any other, didn’t make bed after the first night, poor quality, bed was hard and squeaky. Said they serve breakfast but only had donut and barely hot coffee.

Staff was real nice and welcoming. Had no issues with the stay

The staff has good customer services. The floor and bathroom dirty and stinky. I request somebody clean . The last day the housekeeper she clean but really smell cigarettes I no smoking.
-
A super disgusting hotel, the floor was black, the bathroom was dirty, the water was too hot to the point that one could not even take a proper bath. The room was too dirty and the cleaning staff was told and they did nothing. I will never return.

I've stayed here almost every time I come to New Orleans bc of the price. They did let us check in early, thankfully, bc a 12-hour trip is rough. When we arrived, the room was poorly cleaned. The bathroom had hairs all in the sink and floor. There were live bugs in the room. Their was blood on the bottom of one bed sheets. We had to chase down cleaners to get fresh towels. The towels are tiny like toddler towels. They did change the bloody sheets, but eww. The shower handle to turn on the water was also falling off every time you turned it.

Nothing because there was no breakfast or coffee There was no breakfast or coffee ready
