Everything To pricey for off season

Nice little spot close to the beach. Wife loved it.

Great location! The staff was great and the property was clean. It could use some updating but for the price it was well worth it. We will be staying again in the future.

Checked in at 611 Atlantic. Had to drive to other property 2 blocks away! No parking had to park across the highway and carry all our bags back across the highway!! Very inconvenient!! Room was fairly clean and roomy but the couch and chair were grossly soiled and old!! Had to cover them before sitting on them. Coffee maker didn’t work had to walk back to 611 to get morning coffee. Sink in quest bathroom didn’t drain and toilet in suite always ran!! First floor couldn’t leave sliding door open because a squirrel kept coming in. Very disappointing stay, and was way overpriced!!!!! Not going back!

We stayed in one of the 1BR Bungalows and were presently surprised. They offered a refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher. Plus, all the necessities needed for cooking. We had two rooms: one for sleeping and the other a living room with an L shaped sofa. The rooms were well appointed and spacious. We only needed the staff one time during a 5-night stay and they were very accommodating. The bungalow had a self-locking front door, so we always felt safe. The bungalow came with two Adirondack chairs facing the beach and ocean which upon viewing was very soothing. The bungalow was very spacious and very clean more so than a simple hotel room. We plan on returning next year because the Facility is close to NSB and Flagler Avenue. We did not venture too far away from this property because everything we needed was in close proximity. Coconut Palms Beach Resort ll is our place to stay in New Smyrna Beach.

Staff was always available and helpful. Room was very clean. Would recommend and would stay here again.

The property wasn’t the same as described or pictured. There was no parking or loading zones which meant carrying your stuff from over five blocks away just to check in and leaving your car in a shady location. There are no facility amenities and they lock the gate from the beach super early so we were locked out. This was the most strenuous stay with no measures for any relaxation. I was charged a resort fee but they don’t even offer any type of towel services. No on site parking available and weren’t able to carry my case of bottle water to my room because I had to park a half mile away. Nothing, there weren’t any good qualities

Always clean great staff always a good time

This property is situated in a great spot. Close to Flagler on foot and near the supermarket. The property is maintained nicely and the pool and beach areas are kept very clean and inviting. Check in was easy peasy and the staff is very nice.
