Location. Staff was very helpful. The bed was very uncomfortable.

The location worked very well for our stay It will be better when they are done with the construction from the hurricane.

The staff was great and it was close to everything i needed.

The location is an amazing location The room wasn’t clean in the microwave and behind the toilet the mattress was uncomfortable you ca feel the springs. When I went to the front desk I was told that is a timeshare and nothing they can do about it. Here in the web site is no where to be found that is a timeshare. The personal with exception of Karen they was not interested to help. Every time we ask a question the answer was we are a timeshare and nothing can be done.

I liked the customer service and the location of the resort being on the beach. In my second room 522 the floor was dirty/black.

That it was on the beach and walking distance to most things li The bed was the worst im going to have back pain for days .. everything is extremely dated . For the price they need to do more updating.

Everything The air conditioner made some really loud noises. The dishwasher wouldn't stay on. But over all it was great...

The staff were very nice. The hotel was under renovation. Beautiful pool and great location I booked a balcony room and had a room at end of first floor with no balcony. This was the main reason I booked this hotel was for a beach side balcony room. The hotel indicated they do not promise balcony room. This was clearly misrepresented on line. The rooms are very outdated and the bed was not comfortable. I’m upset with this booking service and the lack of any reimbursement from the hotel.

I loved the pool and being on the beach. The construction wasn't supposed to be happening on the weekend and it was not peaceful.

The location The beds were horrible. The floor was disgusting. The sheets didn't fit the sofa bed. Stains on the sofa. Fuzzies and hair in the bed and sofa bed. Furniture was oddly placed. Blanket on bed was scratchy. It just wasn't comfortable.

Location No outside access to pool/beach from the room. On the first floor directly at the pool, so could never open the curtain to see the ocean - the whole point of being there :(

There was no breakfast and the location is GREAT. We did have a good view of the ocean from the balcony. The room was well equipped with all kitchen utensils and toiletries. Also liked extra blankets and pillows. Hated that there was only 1 elevator working for entire building. The A/C was making a God awful noise in the bedroom so we had to sleep on the pull out couch. The bathroom floor was filthy in front of the toilet and tub (disgusting). Also did not care much for the pool closing so early.

The Islander Beach Resort is a great location with the pool and direct beach access. The room was spacious and had an amazing staff! Family- friendly and clean. N/A

Gorgeous spacious deep end of a very large swimming pool for a beach resort. Loved looking at ocean from the hot tub too! Absolutely nothing. Everything was lovely.

There was a nice view and the bed was comfortable. The was no daily housekeeper that everyone hotel I've ever stayed in had. The was no shampoo that every other hotel in the world would automatically provide. Same with a some kind of location.
