Right across from the beach access, lies a hidden gem. The perfect little bungalow for a family of 5. Loved it!

Towels could use some bleaching. Lots of stains. Wonderful otherwise!

This is an older motel across the street from the beach. Built in the 60s. It’s clean, kitchen upgraded. Small bedrooms; but walk over right down the street. Kids had a great time. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping

The owners were very accommodating. The place was perfect for us. Our group stayed in the 3 bedroom pool house and an additional 2 bedroom suite. Walking to the beach was a breeze and the pool and pool area were perfect. We will definitely stay again!

This property isn't fancy like some other resorts, but it was great for me and my husband. It's quaint and peaceful. Close to the beach. Clean pool.

Location was fantastic, communication quick to respond, linens nice. Very basic kitchen amenities if you plan to cook. Couch was new but super hard and uncomfortable for any long period of time. During a holiday weekend I wasn’t surprised the high cost for a “renovated motel” but I would t pay that much on non holiday. Bottom line, it’s clean, across from beach, nice pool. Looking for comfy stay it’s a great place

Staff was very helpful!! Location was great. We loved the cornhole by the pool. We didn’t use the grill, but love that we could have. Beach was a 3 minute walk away. We did see a few bugs, but it’s Florida.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Ocean's Eleven. The room was perfect for what we needed. There were just two of us but they do have larger units. The place was very clean also. We were right across the street from the ocean. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby as well. Would definitely come back again.

Room could have been much cleaner. Although the room has been updated in some areas, it could use more updates and better lighting. It worked fine for a short stay for two people. I would recommend for a short stay.

The parking was easy. Access to the beach was amazing. I love the fact that it had been renovated. However there was an old coffee and filter in the coffee pot that had mold on it which was an awful thing to see. The shower curtain had mold on it, and the bathroom tub trim was rotten and exposed. Other than that there was enough towels and washcloths shampoo and conditioner was very very small compared to other places I've been to in the past. He did not use the pool however it did look very clean and was super cute. They also had a grill if you want to grill out. They also offered a washer and dryer which was sweet. 10/10 recommend! It was the perfect place to stay for a beach vaca. 2 minutes from the best restaurants in NSB and Publix. 2 minute walk across the street to the beach. It’s close enough to Flagler if you want to get there, but far enough away if you want to avoid the foot traffic. There was no staff on site, but when our box did not have a key on arrival, they were super responsive and there in minutes to bring us a key. I was a bit worried when I pulled in because it’s got small motel vibes from the outside, but the inside was perfect. It was renovated and clean and very much felt like a small air bnb. There was a laundry room, but we never used it. I loved the little picnic area with charcoal grill. We grilled out one day. Perfect pool to hang out at if you need a break from the ocean or want to take an evening dip. No extra resort fees, parking fees, or any other hidden charges. I would absolutely stay again!

Split a/c, location, size of the kitchen Tv was very small compared to how large the living room was

The manager was excellent, he upgraded my family to his finest room with no extra cost due to a small inconvenience. Everything was clean and wonderful. Thank you.

Great location and property management

Very spacious It was freezing outside and we had no heat. The heater would not work. The owner said he would contact Booking.com to refund us a partial payment of 100.00. I never received my discount.
