The rooms were so comfortable especially the beds.

Absolutely five star from the property to the staff

My only issue was being in an accessible room. We were offered to be moved but we just dealt with that awful shower. Staff was amazing and hotel and room were super clean and comfortable we will be back

A few items during this visit that were not so great: - breakfast until 10am advertised, but unfortunately many items (meats, milk, bread) were depleted at 9:30 on 2 of the 3 mornings we were there. - upon carrying bags to car just before 11am checkout our room keys stopped working at the locked back door. Perhaps this is policy, but a few minutes grace period on expiration would go a long toward ensuring guest satisfaction. Will stay again, but hope some tweaks might be considered.

I liked the location. I did not like how there was a lot of sounds in the room we were staying in, and I did not like the extra charge on parking on the property when it was never explained to me in the beginning with the total cost of what I was being charged.

Location/friendly staff/pool/cute courtyard/hotel and our room was very clean. Jordon who check us in was friendly and helpful with a map of the area things to do and places to eat. Our stay was perfect!! Wish we stayed another night. Next time will be 2 nights or longer. Loved our one night stay!

We loved the old, gnarly, oak trees around the property. The breakfast was good and Cindi, the breakfast attendant, was very friendly. The room was very quiet.

It was an easy check in. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. It is perfectly located to a variety of restaurants and bars and an easy walk to the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, clean and helpful staff. Only wish is that water pressure had been better but walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and beach.

I liked everything including the beautiful, clean hotel and the amenities.

So this property was very clean and very good value for the money. The only criticism I have is that it was kind of loud. As usual the walls are thin so you can hear people wallowing in the halls. The biggest issue I had was that the bathroom fan does not turn off. This noise was not ideal for a good sleep but in the grand scheme of things would not stop me from booking there again. Very clean property. Very lovely polite staff.

Very expensive given you have to pay xtra for parking and the breakfast is poor

They charge you for parking now. I’ve been staying here for five years and never have been charged for parking. Won’t be back. Lady at the desk had zero personality
