Very clean and simple room, heating just wasnt working for me this trip but other than that fantastic hotel

Check in/out was easy Room was nasty. Everything falling apart. Tv didn’t work. Fridge smelled horrible. Bathroom was old and falling apart. Everything felt dirty.

Everything was as expected. Clean room air conditioner worked well and breakfast was good.

Asked for a hairdryer, fresh towels. Never any of it. Asked for coffee because their in room machine takes specific bags and never received those either. We don’t ask for much just common amenities in most hotels couldn’t get anything. Some of the staff were amazing but some weren’t.breakfast wasn’t bad and the room was pretty cold. The smoke detector had a flashing light all night. Had to put tape over it to get a good nights sleep.

The king size bed room was not big, only one hanger was provided in the wardrobe with an iron and ironing board, with a microwave, fridge and coffee making facility. There is only one slow lift, not ideal. Breakfast was in a small room in the 'Cellar', with not much light down there with hot drink machines, scrambled egg, bacon, cereals, yogurts, waffle making machines, juices, water, etc, perfectly adequate selection of items to start the day, however it would be helpful to have another toaster, one is not enough. Parking was very busy, as there are three other hotels all using the available spaces, so be prepared it may take some time to find a space. The WiFi was good.

Negatives: No body wash in shower. Coffee cup tops do not fit. Screen on window was broken. Room for 2nd night not cleaned or clean towels provided .

Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Linens and bed were comfortable. Rooms were kind of small. If you won't be in the room much, not really an issue. I was traveling with 3 other adults, so that might have been why it felt a little cramped lol

The property is nice but you have 1 elevator for about 100 rooms. It gets very busy.
