Good hotel good customer service. I just wish the hotel was modernize.

Very nice clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast buffet in the mornings. Good selection of food and they keep it stocked with fresh hot food. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Would be a lovely hotel if it was CLEAN. We had a GREAT room- upgraded to suite which was a nice large room with separate seating area, very large bathroom area and separate wet bar. comfortable beds. Really a lovely room except it was NOT clean- particularly the bathroom ☹️

We've stayed here a few times and it was always great. This time though the pullout couch was very old and stained all over the fabric. Also there was no mattress in the pullout couch. The air conditioner kept shutting off as we could not maintain a cool temperature the whole time and it was probably the hottest day of the year. So all in all it wasn't as good as it's been. Especially for the price.

Rooms were great size and modern. Also very clean. Parking lot surface very poor and hard to navigate walking into the property after parking. Convenient to Highway.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room spacious for 5 people. 2 beds and sofa bed. Breakfast was pretty basic (porridge, cereal, scrambled egg, yoghurt, fruit) and busy but enough to get you going. As UK travellers we were probably nieve to understanding how far from Manhattan we were. $100 Lyft from hotel to Battery Park, $45 from Staten Island ferry port. We also had a car and parking was plentiful and free. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Small kitchette in our room with sink and microwave. We weren't in our hotel a lot but met our needs comfortably.

I liked that the hotel was out of the way of the busy traffic. It was quiet and plenty of parking.

The previous experience was much better than the current experience. The rooms were very clean and nice..
