Our flight was rerouted due to severe weather at Newark and we landed in Toronto. I called the hotel and told them we would be arriving the next day. When we arrived they had cancelled our reservation and classified us as a "no show". Luckily they had a room for a similar rate but then I had to fight to get refunded from expedia. They couldn't really explain why they cancelled our reso after we informed them of our travel disruption, which which couldn't be avoided.

The breakfast was amazing! A great incentive. The guest room was a great! The microwave and refrigerator are great to have in the room. Saves money instead of eating out every day. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect! The only thing that I didn't necessarily "like" was the slowness of the elevators, but there were a lot of guests at the time, so it is understandable.

It has parking.... family friendly, room was clean, good breakfast(was included). Attentive front desk. Something that I like during breakfast was the option of tea( tea bags variety), that was something I wasn't expecting at all. Our stay was comfortable. Well, there should be an area for smoking people i gues., Our family has some respiratory problems and some people were smoking beside the door entrance and anybody getting to the lobby can breath all that smoke.

This was a great choice for our family of five. Plenty of options for breakfast, everything was nice and clean, and the room (with the fold-out couch) was quite spacious. We were happy with our stay!

I had a one night stay because my mother passed away. The staff , the people at the hotel , everything about it was perfect for what I needed. I got the rest I needed Nothing I have nothing to add. The stay what's perfect

People smoking marijuana by the front entrance . My son is disabled with breathing issues. The smell was overpowering.
