Hilton Garden Inn New York / Staten Island

Room was clean and spacious Our room was directly below the elevated ballroom. There was a party going on till midnight. Our room sounded like a night club with the extremely loud music, thumping bass, and screaming DJ. I could hear every word the DJ was saying. We booked the hotel because my child and I needed to sleep.

I was pleasantly surprised by the updates from my last stay. I’m thinking that they listed to the feedback and reviews. I’m so happy to see the refresh and updates to the rooms, as this has been my go to place to stay when I travel to NYC. I’ve already rebooked for next week because my time here has been extended.

Superb

Beautiful facility, nice room. Very spacious. Dinner staff was not attentive. Asked for a drink refill and it never came. Had to wave energetically to get our check. No follow-up. Cost was very high for an out-of-the-way location. Would not stay there again.

Disappointed with “room service” Food delivered in a bag no table to eat for two people. Received a full bottle of Sprite soda which was flat…not sure that it had not been opened prior Ice machine out of order

It was not far from the event The owner of the business , the water in your tub has no pressure and takes a very long time to heat up, no bottling water in the room and the location is in the middle of nowhere. You can’t walk around. I will never be in this hotel again.

Everything about my stay was horrible! The air conditioner was loud the fire alarm kept chirping and flashing, the toilet paper holder was hanging out of the wall, the showerhead no water pressure The bathroom door didn’t close, the toilet seat. shifted. Just an overall bad experience. I will never use the Hilton in Staten Island again.

Very nice hotel and a great location. The restaurant in the lobby is very good and prices are very good.

Staff has excellent customer service. Very accommodating and super friendly.

Bathroom needs upgrade!

Overall liked the stay but there were a few things I didn’t like. the tub looked dirty, I had a stain on my blanket and there was no complimentary breakfast. You have to pay for all of it
