They didn't clean the room till the last day.

Falsely advertised “amenities” such as the rooftop bar…. Which isn’t open to the public it’s a separate event space… the hotel lobby bar closed at 8pm LOL

The room was ok, for the price I paid was expecting more. Bar was ok. Disappointed that the roof top club was close, that was one of the reasons I booked my room there.

False advertising. There is no rooftop bar that is accessible to hotel guests yet it is their first picture on hotels.com (it’s only for weddings and special functions). The pool is gone. There is nothing to do around the area of the hotel. The room was not well-maintained, bathtub was moldy and the hotel needs to be painted all over including hallways and rooms. The food at the restaurant wasn’t good. I would not stay here again.

It is one of my favorite hotels to stay, whether for a night. weekend getaway, and even short term stay. They definitely make you feel welcome and at home

It was a good stay. We practically took up residence there for a week; my children and I. The thing that was inconsistent is that our room wasn’t cleaned daily, we didn’t get out of the room at the regular times (before 11) we slept in so one day was skipped and the following day I had to call about 5 times to have the room cleaned. Some of the managers are exceptional while others could care less. The front desk could be more warm, overall, it was a good stay.
