Days Inn by Wyndham Brooklyn Marine Park

Dirty. Sheets were dirty and had a bad odor. Not for me. I was itchy all night. Saw stains on the pillows.

It was very clean and fresh. The breakfast was amazing and the bed slept great. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Bad experience with booking company

Everything about this place is on point.

They removed carpet in the rooms and now have a very nice wood type flooring, very clean.

This Days Inn hotel was terrible. The front desk clerk (the lady) was unprofessional and not accommodating at all. When I went into the room, I was immediately concerned because it didn't look clean at all. It smelled like someone smoked in the room. The comforter had stains on it. The platform that is right above the TV that's mounted on the wall, looked like it has not been cleaned all year. The wall a/c unit was full of dust, to the point that it would blow out large dust balls when we turned the unit on. So we had to leave it off. Mind you, this is in the summer time. The water in the bathroom sink does not drain down in an appropriate time. The layout of the bathroom is very very odd. The sink faces directly in front of the toilet so you have to stand off to the side and reach your hands out to the sink to use the sink. The housekeeper was in the hallway, talking on her cell phone (which is fine) but she was extremely loud and had her personal call on speaker phone the entire time she was on the phone. I asked the front desk staff, if I could please switch my room. I explained all of my concerns with the room to her. She was not accommodating at all. She said no, that they were full. Needless to say, I checked out and would not ever return to this Days Inn. It appeared to be more of a motel than a hotel, honestly.

The room was generally fresh, however the sheets and bed skirt was pretty dirty and I found 4 small roaches rubbing around the room.

It was quiet but old used and broken stuff

The wi-fi was not good. The rooms were old and outdated but the property was clean and the staff was nice.

I don’t the room, they are too small. Kind of noisy in the hallways and the bed doesn’t comfortable.

The property was clean and quiet. If I had to complain. The only complaint would be the parking situation. But this is New York, so parking is always going to be complicated.

The little refrigerator was not working wen I told staff about it they said someone was coming nobody never reach.

Location is great for business. Price seemed OK. The smell, really bad from years of neglect and lack of upkeep. Very dirty carpet. Lack of maintenance. I would suggest cleaning out the air filters in the room AC/heat units.

Roach in the bathroom sink, tv didn’t work it was frozen on every channel, not enough towels so I had to shower elsewhere, WiFi is trash don’t know if it was due to us being downstairs (seemed like the basement)

Continental breakfast was served everyday and on-time. Location is walking distance from most restaurants and conveniences. American breakfast options would've been nice on weekdays

The place is falling apart. It is noisy. I would not recommend for a family.

Nothing The elevator ms broke I have mobility issues had to carry up luggage it was to late to go somewhere else no the less stair case felt like a trap dark dirty the room was was ok tv was shit the toilet seat was falling off.the area not good the staff rude
