The room was very dirty and not well kept. The sheets were dirty and we left right away.

The room was clean The assistant manager wasn't fair,he seen us standing in line to get checked in and he didn't say may I help you. A white man came in to check in and he asked him could he help him. I believe he was being racist. He shouldn't even be working in customers service.

Great place- provided a great service. Was abit far from Downtown but nice place, loved the breakfast and the ladies serving, are so kind and caring

On the downside, every room and bathroom doorway had a raised marble threshold that we all nearly tripped on multiple times during our short stay. Also, one particular bed in our room(s) had an extremely uncomfortable sinkhole in the center of the mattress. Oh, and the parking area is small and super-tight - especially when someone parks a full-size pickup truck in it.

The Staff is always wonderful,welcoming and as accommodating as possible. The atmosphere is very quiet and restful, Coffee,Hot Cocoa and Tea us arel always available in the lobby . Rooms and bedding are clean as is the Bathroom. TV offers entertainment . Breakfast is very nice with a selection of options from which to choose.. There is a lovely woman making waffles and accommodating diners in every way possible.. There is parking. but no stores nearby to grab groceries. We stay here frequently when we seek insulation from the outside. No microwave Take out costs too much in the area.

Great site!

This was my second times staying... The staff was so accommodating. The initial room wasn't what I liked and I spoke to the manager. I asked for a room similar to the first room I stood in and they were able to change my room to one that was comparable. I will continue staying there when I make my annual trip to NY.

Double charged for stay

The standout feature was the cleanliness. The room and common areas were exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout my stay, which I greatly appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory and providing a convenient start to each day. There were, however, a couple of drawbacks. The music played continuously 24 hours a day in the front desk and entrance area. While it may have been intended to create a welcoming atmosphere, it became quite annoying, especially during late-night and early-morning hours. Additionally, the parking spaces were quite congested, making it somewhat difficult to maneuver and park, particularly when the lot was busy. Overall, the hotel was comfortable and very clean, but reducing the volume or hours of the lobby music and improving the parking layout or availability would make the guest experience even better.

We stay there for 3 weeks. Great location, very peaceful & quiet. Excellent customer service from the front desk staff. I like that a mini fridge was in the room. Access to microwave was available and ice has well. I like the tub. I decorated it for my fiance birthday. He loves it. The breakfast needs to improve. For three weeks the breakfast is the same. Overcooked eggs, Burnt sausage etc. They can add bacon, beans , some lettuce , cucumber and tomato to the menu. These things are cheap. Has a healthy eater breakfast was hard for me. I have to go out for breakfast. The apples are stale. The yogurt is cheap and tasteless. They don't change the top sheet off the beds. I watch the cleaners used the face towels clean the toilet bowls, face basin and dry up the bathroom. Please bring your own wash rags & towels. For our stay there, we transfer to two different rooms at two consecutive times. One was upgraded, and the other we were moved because of a leakage. Some parts of the beds are hard, need to change. The cleaners used the same mop that they used mop the room prior without washing it out amd mop the other room. They don't used gloves. I watched them take dirty linen from rooms to.their cart and pick up clean linens to spread the bed and it continues. Germs spreading all around. Its good to bring lysol. Remember it's not your house are home.

Kim @ the front desk is exceptional! Very professional, friendly & helpful. The men who worked there were not friendly though. The maintenance & housekeeping staff are exceptional! The men @ the front desk were not helpful or kind~ my experience

All the staff are very friendly and helpful from Kim in the front desk to Fanny in the Cafeteria and the housekeeping staff too. The entire hotel is clean. The free breakfast is a great plus. I highly recommend this Hotel
