It was clean. Lobby area is under construction. Looks poorly kept. Rooms are clean. Bed is firm. Furniture is old and outdated. Some broken. But otherwise ok.

Mal servicio, cobran 40 dólares por hora late check-up y 30 la hora por early check-up

The area felt very sketchy, particularly as a solo female traveler. I had to call three times beforehand to confirm how to access the property, as the doorway looked more like a service entrance. Once inside, there were boxes & debris everywhere, and the “reception” was essentially a glass-fronted cupboard in the basement. I had specifically requested a quiet room, but was given Room CO4, directly across from reception. I could hear absolutely everything — staff on the phone & two-way radio, guests arriving to check in during the early hours, housekeeping starting at 5:30am. I got virtually no sleep. To make matters worse, there were roaches. I killed two, but was so skeeved out I put my luggage in the bathtub, barely unpacked & didn’t even get undressed. The room felt more like a storage unit than a hotel room, with a single high window that I discovered the next morning was at street level, meaning people outside could look directly in. There were no coat hangers & the Wi-Fi didn’t work. The $240 rate felt absolutely outrageous for the condition of the room. I spent considerable time on the phone with Hotels.com explaining I could not possibly stay another night. Thankfully, they refunded the second night. Honestly, if I had had the energy after my cancelled flight, I would have left left that same night.

Somehow, the picture shown is much bigger than what it is. The rooms were so compact, we barely can put our luggage. If you have a family of 4 with more than 1 check in bag, you may need to rethink about booking this place

So very bad experience the shower broke and only hot water can use!! So disappointed

The first floor where the check in desk is (and where my room was) looked like a storage area for construction materials. I had large collections of panels on both sides of my door. When I walked into the room, the floor was wet, I got splashed by water from the ac unit, and there was a trash bucket being used to catch the water leaking from the AC. With a young adult and a child with me, this felt unacceptable. I asked for another room and was told they were sold out. I’m pretty shocked they were sold out. The front desk employee said a king was available, but that would not have worked for the 3 people in the room. I am very disappointed in my stay and want a refund, but nothing was offered like that.

I didn’t like that it didn’t have a full body mirror! It would make sense to hang one on the door. A small chair would work wonders as well. Then again, the hotel was under renovation, so I get it! At the end of the day, I slept well in that comfy bed.

Stayed here a month. Sometimes I noticed the housekeeping didn't come to my room after coming back from work. And when they did most of the time the bed wouldn't be made. But those are minor things. Overall a good stay.

It was close to the airport. The person in reception organized a taxi for us to the airport At 4;30 am, a unmarked car picked us up and dropped us at the airport. It was not a taxi, he scammed us $150 for airport fee, and the cab fare. There was nothing we could do or say. Beware!

The guy that was working the reception desk during the midnight shift during the week of July 7-9 2026 was exceptional.

Close to JFK. Upgrades to room were good. Bed was not comfortable.

Terrible location. This was more of a residential inn, with homeless residents and was under construction and behind bulletproof glass. Very scary and unmarked building in a residential area. I immediately tried to contact booking.com to cancel and change to a different location. I couldn't get through to Booking.com, but I felt very unsafe in the the environment there as a single woman with a kid. My kid was very nervous and ultimately I gave up trying to contact Booking.com and told the hotel I needed to cancel and I found an Uber asap to take me to a nearby airport motel that was actually a motel.
