Terrible service. I booked

Shuttle worked, but room was not satisfactory. When we got into our room, the room was in a mess. Only the shuttle.

Also rooms are not well insulated so I heard next door neighbor on phone from 1- 5 AM when I left.

Location The alarm that went off at 6am, when we were only at the hotel for the purpose of sleeping for 6 hours.

The stay served it's purpose but I would not stay here again. There are plenty of other hotels that are way cleaner and better maintained to stay at in the area. Place smelled bad, air-conditioner only turned on and off you could not adjust thermostat. Hinge to door was broken, a whole in the bathroom wall stuffed with toilet paper, 5 channels on TV, safe didn't work. Room itself looked clean on the surface and we did have clean towels. Also staff was friendly.

For a quick turn around in NY this was the perfect find. The staff was accommodating and helpful, the room was clean and the shuttle was so easy to get to JFK the next day.

The bed was the most comfortable we had on our holiday. Room quiet and a great choice after a long flight. Some minor repairs needed.

The airport pick up and drop. The room was spacious and clean The reservation handling was bad. They told me my booking with booking.com was cancelled yet I never received such notification. I made a second booking on their presence and they replied that they don't see it in the system. I have both emails of confirmation from booking.com and no cancellation notice. Turns out she wanted to make the reservation for me at the desk so that I could pay 22 dollars extra. Having arrived at night from a long flight, I went with the option. I requested late check-out of 12pm the following day as my flight was in the evening. Despite putting the do not disturb tag. My room was knocked profusely since check out time including by the receptionist on duty after telling the cleaning staff that I was leaving at noon. So their shift handover system doesn't icommunicate such information and no one tells the cleaners which rooms to come clean later and they don't even know the purpose of the do not disturb tags which they put in your room. At breakfast, the attendant couldn't speak any other rlangusge except Latina. I had to get another customer like me to interpret, secondly there was no protein and fruit available only bread, cereals waffles,tea/ coffee. I was told for eggs, I come the next morning. Also at check in the reservation staff/ receptionist was very unpleasant. I asked her if there was a Walmart nearby and she said she doesn't know. The receptionist in the following morning was able to tell me where Walmart was although she is the one who knocked my door despite my having confirmed with the night receptionist that she has indicated late check-out for me.

Comfortable bed, nice staff, very clean. The shuttle driver at night did not know english so we were trying to ask questions and he could not answer. Also he did mot put down the steps so it was difficult to get in the van. Other than that it was a good stay.

The front desk employee was nice but she gave us a key card that didn't work...had to make 3 trips to the front desk to get that resolved...phone in room didn't work...no remote for the TV and we asked for one but never received one...water in shower had one temperature...SCALDING...rough neighborhood and could see daylight through our AC unit which rattled all night long...do not recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay with my family. The hotel is conveniently located for traveling to and from the airport. The shuttle service was very convenient, and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and cooperative. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would be happy to stay here again.

It was a convenient location, clean and comfortable

Good Shuttle to airport. I recomment Haris and the drivers but the Hotel Staff not trustworthy. the Manager must know this problem I commented below we have a bad experienced we have talk to the management which all went well that our booking is secured eventhough we have not paid we even offeres to pay bu they said we can pay when get back to them in 1 last night. But when we came back they cancelles our booking POOR REVIEW
