Quality Inn JFK Airport Rockaway Blvd

I stayed in this hotel before, it was good. But now 2nd time I stayed with my son and I think they need to pay more attention to a lot of things. Room wasn't clean and there were lots of things that doesn't work, tv doesn't work, remote control and outside sitting area was so dirty and unorganized .no amenities, breakfast was poor, shuttle is broken , staff is not that friendly. Will be better if paid an attention to these things.

The dining room was down the hall so all the voices carried straight down the hall to my room.

Clean rooms and staff were great

The room had a musty smell I think there was blood splatter on the ceiling. Neighborhood was sketchy and the eating area was cramped. The staff was nice and the shuttle to the airport was convenient

I used this stay as very close and easy when flying out of JFK. Room was comfortable and clean.

Poor breakfast selection. 2 fire alarms. Staff was not helpful. This was an overall bad experience.

My stay at Quality Inn JFK was thoroughly disappointing. First, the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property were terrible. The common areas and room looked completely uncared for, with worn-down furnishings, visible grime and spiders that made the entire place feel unhygienic. To make matters worse, noise levels were excessive throughout the night- other guest in the hallways, street traffic and loud music all night. Getting a restful night's sleep was nearly impossible. Given the lack of basic cleanliness and comfort, I cannot recommend staying here. Look elsewhere if you expect a clean and quiet stay.

The room and bathroom were clean and pleasant. Lots of noise in the building by are room.

The hotel is conveniently located and offers a reliable airport shuttle service, making it a very convenient choice.

I don't mind a simple, clean hotel with no frills. That was not this experience. My room smelled badly, with a mix of urine and other offensive odors. I couldn't even be sure where the bad smells were coming from. This made me dubious about the cleanliness of the room, in general, suspicious if every surface. I slept with socks on and a towels over the pillow and as much of the bed surface as possible. In the morning, With the smell, combined with the noise from outside I didn't sleep well. I told the clerk at the front desk about the experience. Her answer was short, curt, and basically amounted to "So?" My experience was disappointing, below par, and way overpriced for what I received. To call this place the "Quality" Inn was a poor label, not a description.

This hotel is basically a budget hotel. The rates are very good compared with other hotels in the area. I spent 3 nights. The hotel and the room were simple but very thing was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were all very nice. The only downsides to me were that the safe in the room was not working so that I had nowhere to store my valuables, (they were left in the room unsecured, and nothing was troubled), and the breakfast was very disappointing. On the first morning I reached around half an hour before it ended and all that was available was cereal and coffee. The next morning, I reached down earlier and there were more items available, but it was still very limited. If I was looking for a very reasonable place to stay in that area again, I would definitely return there.

The room was clean and the staff helpful. Breakfast was good as well.

It’s an ok property for a short stay.

Walked in the room pulled the sheets back and there was a wad of hair in the bed. The floors had some slippery sticky substance. And guess it was their attempt to wax. There was not internet or tv available until 6 hours after u checked in. When we called about these various this the response was “sorry for the inconvenience”. No resolution. The nicest person was the guy that brought our bags to the room.

It was a nice stay and a good price too. I will try it on my next visit to NY.
