The bathroom was refurbished and the walk in shower was very nice. They should reintroduce the coffee station that they used to have in the past. The staff was friendly.

Very affordable if you’re looking for a hotel next JFK. Had to wait for the airport shuttle for 40 min at the pick up location. The hotel isn’t in a very safe neighborhood with only Burger King nearby.

Front desk staff were really friendly and patient. Room was immaculately clean and really spacious. Free shuttle was excellent, would definitely stay here again. Free breakfast is from 6 but they had coffee and some fruit out from 4:30 so we could grab some before our 5 am shuttle!

Had to be at JFK at 4AM for an early flight. The hotel does provide a shuttle that you can request at check-in and they we're also helpful with Lyfts and taxis.

room was pretty decent and comfortable also close to airport, 5 mins drive its quite uncomfortable to carry liggage across 2 lifts staff is exceptionally unhelpful and always distracted I think i paid too much for this hotel, it smuch cheaper

The hotel was handy for the airport. There wasn’t a restaurant where you could get an evening meal. The hotel provided information on takeaway / food deliveries options nearby , which we used and they were quick and very good food.

Great hotel for arriving or departing out of JFK. Their comp shuttle is easy to schedule and very clean.
