Top quality stay on Fifth Avenue. (Upgraded) room was beautiful, the gym was superb, and the staff was very helpful (late checkout, anyone?). Wasn't my first stay at the Peninsula, and I will always happily return (as long as the price is right, of course).

Amazing, very kind and professional staff

The room was wonderful and staff great. But hairdryers were terrible and there is no lobby really. Too many steps to get in and out.

Amazing place to stay. D

Peninsula NYC is one of the best hotels I have experienced in the city! The property is beautiful and perfectly situated for theater and shopping. The attention to detail was above and beyond with amenities in the room.

We went with our 4 month old, and everything was wonderful. The staff set up our room beautifully, and were all so courteous to us. We enjoyed room service, and drinks at Gotham as well as breakfast at Clements. Everything was superb. Stephanie checked us in and was such a warm welcoming face.
-
a nice place to stay for either business or leisure trip to NYC.
-
The location is ideal for visiting Central Park, the museums and walking to Broadway shows. The rooms are spacious, with luxurious bathrooms, comfortable beds and complimentary Evian water. The Peninsula is absolutely superb!!! We will definitely return.

Definitely it won’t be the last time staying there and looking forward to visit it again. The noise from the street, construction and work

Everything was spectacular!

I like the location. As for the hotel, our first room had a foul smell in the bathroom so we had to be moved. We noticed it upon check in. The second room was on the top floor under the spa. The thermostat did not work properly, the shower did not work properly which suprises me being that they have cleaners every day. The room itself is nice but the table and chairs are crammed into a corner that has air coming through the window and it's cold. Not the best place I've been to and enjoyed it many years ago when it was fresh and newer. But overall, the staff is great and our needs were met.

The rooms at The Peninsula New York are remarkably spacious and comfortable, blending elegance with functional design. The in-room technology works flawlessly—intuitive controls, reliable connectivity, and high-quality audiovisual systems. Common areas, especially the spa and pool, are delightful: relaxing atmosphere, spotless well-maintained facilities, and attentive service that completes the luxury experience. Overall, The Peninsula offers an impeccable and highly recommended stay.

We loved our stay at The Peninsula. One of the hardest things for any hotel and/or restaurant is to curate the people that attend it. It is a very high-end chic vibe. Also, the spa is world-class, which is very convenient. The rooftop bar is also a great feature. We would stay at The Peninsula again.
