Always love the property and staff. The amenities seem off lately, with the spa, locker room, pool hours being more limited. The staff are amazing and remember you names.

The hotel is frankly a little rundown for an elite luxury brand at a luxury price. The front desk staff and concierge were good, but not exceptional, except the front door staff and bartenders who are truly professionals. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was a little sketch and the valve between the handheld and the overhead didn’t work. the overhead shower pad didn’t produce a good stream. Kind of random spray and drizzle. The technology was nice but one complaint I have with all peninsulas is that at night when you are in bed with the lights off,if you roll over at night or get near the Touchscreen, it lights up the roomand you can’t turn it off conveniently with one click you have to let it time itself out.

The bed was so incredibly comfortable and very quiet. I had the best night sleep in years there.
