Avoid not a nice place at all
-
the property needs an upgrade to everything. the rooms were dirty
-
Staff extremely unhelpful. Hotel is fine, good location. Rooms 1-10 are on the old side of the hotel, but renovated.
-
Great location - just a little loud in the mornings but over all great.
-
Location and cleanliness While booking it said breakfast included in the price but whe arrived we ldiscovered there is no breakfast it is literally lie and fraud
-
Rooms were OK apart from the odd cockcrach or two! Staff helpful. Central, great location.

Location The rooms could be much cleaner. The carpets were heavily stained and often didn’t appear to have been vacuumed, and overall the rooms felt worn and not particularly clean. I also had a disappointing experience with airport transportation arranged through the hotel. The driver requested payment while we were still driving, which made me uncomfortable, and the hotel’s response was inconsistent and unhelpful. In the future, I’ll arrange my own transportation rather than use the service recommended by the hotel.

After that family moment in front of my door, I could not go back to sleep. Next time I book with Shoreham I wanna make sure that no children are anywhere near my room. This was the one negative about my stay at this hotel, everything else was outstanding. I will return to stay with them again, my new favorite hotel.

To say I was supposed to have deluxe or premium room it was a disaster the room needs gutting. Windows didn’t shut air con was so noisy you can’t sleep. Carpet has never been vacuumed. One member of staff was really unhelpful. The place is a disgrace no fridge of coffee faciiities in room at all.

2. Price was good for this location and overall offer, and payment was very straightforward, stress-free - one transaction for the hotel and another for deposit which they refund immediately upon check out (last year I was staying in Hilton and they made 4 transactions and then I had to wait to refunds, it was terrible). 3. Room was maintained well, clean. 4. Receptionists were always helpful and polite. 5. Room had very good facilities, two big TV sets, safe, hair conditioner, iron and iron board. 6. Room was very spacious, with a lounge. 1. It was occasionally very noisy (noise was coming from the street), it happened maybe twice and it didn’t last for too long, but the volume was extreme. 2. The hotel is clearly very old and does require some refurbishment, including better insulation and a new carpet in the room. 3. Windows were very dirty from the outside, it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in over a year. It would be reasonable to expect window cleaning at least 2-3 times a year. 4. While room facilities were generally very good, what was missing was, at least, a kettle with some coffee options (or for a more upgraded version, a coffee machine).

Not having a fridge in the room was annoying
-
Breakfast fair. Location. A little small, no air vent in bathroom, one small window

-The elevators are a fire hazard for sure, very small and holds like 3 people at a time. -We booked 2 of the deluxe queen rooms and they looked completely different. It was very stuffy and dusty. It gave us a very icky feeling. Bring cleaning products if you can, disinfectant wipes at the very least. -Bathroom was so small my knees were touching the sink while using the toilet. -The shower head was not adjustable to accompany different heights or water pressure and the tub was just old. -It’s summer time and There was no fridge to keep things cold. I can understand no microwave but a fridge is a basic necessity so I was surprised there was none. - our booking included breakfast however there is no breakfast hall. There is a small vending area in Lobby with refrigerated goods and snacks that we get a snack and drink from. Your name will be on the list.

Bed sheets were stained. When asked if I could have a new one delivered they said yes, then never brought it.
