This is a fantastic location... we walked to the theater...to the highline...and took the train to the ferry... bathroom a little small...but with the living room ...very good tradeoff

Disappointing
-
Location Bed very average. Room too small for a reading chair. No lobby to sit comfortably in.
-
Location Absolute lack of customer service or care about guests. Manager on duty promised to get back and never did, I even messaged their general manager, all of whom completely ignored my concerns. and didn’t have a decency to acknowledge an email or respond.

Great location and the room was quite large. The only chair was not comfortable at all. No refrigerator or coffee maker in the room.

I would love them to upgrade everything a little bit and give it all a coat of paint.

Exceptional

good location, nice staff, my room was quiet and clean. There was no mini frige even though there was a cabinet for it. The safe in the closet did not close, there were only flimsy plastic cups - they could have provided a real glass, in the evening there was no cold water in the lobby- you had to buy it, you could not control the air conditioning in the room.

Its near by parking garage and near by city I stayed in a room on the top floor of the hotel, but the air conditioning was not working properly. I called the front desk and asked them to fix the air conditioning or provide a fan, but unfortunately, they refused and said they couldn't do anything because the cleaning staff had already left. I was disappointed because I had already reported the problem. I expected better customer service, and I hope the hotel will improve its maintenance and service so future guests do not have to experience the same problem. Additionally, my two children were with me and could not sleep all night, which made the situation very stressful

Where it’s located. Internet did not work for several days. They first said we would get a refund for that, but then we ended up getting nothing. If you would like to stay at a hotel that actually has Wi-Fi, do not stay here. Also extremely dirty carpets, pretty disgusting really need to be updated.
