Loved everything from the moment we arrived. The doorman who greeted us set the tone that our stay was going to be great! Everyone was super friendly! I highly recommend getting the suite if you’re traveling with 3 people as having 2 rooms was key… Letting us spread out after a long day. Highly recommend staying here

Beautiful, historic property. All the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The bathroom smelled so badly of mold/mildew, I had to shut the door to tolerate being in the room. All other things about the room were good.

Location with a large room Having to pay for left luggage, given that we had stayed in one of the more expensive rooms

The location is close to everything, like starbucks and Time Square. Clean hotel too. My boys and I enjoyed our stay at Warmick. Thank you Family of 4 here. Norhing to crazy. Just maybe 4 pillows and 4 towels instead of just 3. But overall, we are satisfied.

The hotel is close to the metro and Central Park. The staff was friendly and our room was quiet.

We arrived in our room, tight, but wrote it off to a quaint, older hotel. However, our whole group quickly noted the smell. Wet and mildewy, strong, and coming from the bathroom. Thought we could let the air run and move it all around, and it would dissipate. On the way out that evening, we did mention it to the front desk and requested a couple of pillows. Upon return, pillows were delivered; the smell was the same but was "sprayed." The next day went out, and upon a late return, the smell was the same, like an old wet towel was stuck somewhere: "maybe this is just older than it looks". Took showers and went to bed. The next day went out and came back to get ready for another show, and my wife drew a bath; the water was BROWN! Took photos and approached the front desk; they acknowledged it was bad and offered a "same-type" re-room and that upper management would contact us in the next couple of days, but "since you booked with Expedia, there might not be much we can do." Pedantic. We were surprised when the new room was notably larger, and the bathroom was updated. We checked out the next morning, and now, 3 days later, still nothing from hotel management, but our card was promptly charged for the fees.

Perfect location. Staff was great. Good water pressure in the showers. Slow yet beautiful old elevators

Location was amazing and room a good size for new york. Comfortable for family of 4 (2 young kids). Room was dark but that's not avoidable when on the rear of the building, just part of being in a built up city.

All staff at the reception desk were lovely and when we requested to change from our original suite, they were able to accommodate our request on the 2nd of 4 nights. Our original suite was very dark, despite windows on 2 sides, due to scaffolding and proximity of neighboring buildings’ walls. It was really like night in the room all hours. Be cautious in booking rooms on interior hallways. Photos may show windows but it’s hard to tell that they don’t allow ANY light in. We were willing to switch to much smaller room that was very bright, facing 6th Ave. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was tiny but we managed. Elevators also small and required patience during busy times when they might stop but reveal no space. Location of the hotel was terrific for many attractions. Recommend phoning hotel directly if you have any question on position of room.

Our room and the whole hotel was VERY clean which is my main criteria. The room was spacious compared to other rooms in NYC. The staff was excellent (with the exception of one) and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The bar staff was friendly, too. The staff was wonderful except for the guy who brought extra towels. We couldn’t hear him knock due to the LOUD air conditioner, so he just let himself in! The chargers were non-existent and kept falling off (very junky) the desk,so we had to find plugs. The mirror in the bathroom didn’t fit so tiles were wedged in The room across from us was being renovated and junked up the hallway. Lastly, it took over 10 days to get deposit back!!

Shower barely worked, rooms felt outdated, wouldn’t recommend

Room lacked natural light. Shower did not have adequate hot water temperature, barely warm.
