Absolutely love the location as it was across the street from MoMa where we saw, among other things, an awesome exhibit dedicated to Marcel Duchamp. The room was bright and spotless with a great view. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. All in all, a wonderful experience ❤️ NYC

The property is exceptionally elegant, beautiful, and immaculately clean. The staff provided incredibly warm, friendly service throughout our stay, especially in the boutique where I purchased two amazing Baccarat perfumes. The spa is absolutely spectacular—the La Mer products and treatments were a true highlight. Additionally, the location is perfect, being so close to 5th and 6th Avenues, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable Nothing at all everything about my stay was absolutely flawless

Everything. This is a luxury hotel up to world standards. Public spaces, rooms, the exquisite Baccarat shop and foodservice areas are lovely. Breakfast could've been way better...both menu and food quality...for a place like this!
