3 West Club

Perfect location and superior staff

There was a promotion offered by the NYC Tourism department inviting Canadains to come back and vist with a 30% discount offer. Priarily to offset a part of the exchange rate we are hit with. The promtion started on Aug 18th (the day we arrived). A week prio to us arrving I sent a message directly to this property (throught the Expedia website) and copied in the link of the promotion asking if they were particpating. No reply. This was a bit disapointing as they did respond to an earlier email requesting details of parking close by. Over all our stay was satisfactory for a 3-1/2 star hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the 3 West Club! The location was incredible. The staff were very helpful and kind. The bed was very comfortable. We would love to stay here again, all around a great spot!

The location was great, and the staff were very helpful. I stayed here on August 1st for one night. They charged my credit card for the room rent ($346) and the security deposit ($396). We left the hotel happy. I am still waiting (2 weeks later) for the security deposit to be returned. Despite 4 phone calls and an email, there has been no resolution this matter from them. That said, I loved the stay, but the post-checkout service is so ridiculous that it's funny!

We had a wonderful stay at 3 West. We were so happy with the great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable accommodations, and reasonable price. Added benefit was the great deal on parking! So glad we chose 3 West Club for our visit to NYC.

This property is fabulous. Feels like home. Private, perfect location! There was nothing to dislike.

We had an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us leave our bags before the check in time. The room was very quiet and clean and the location is amazing. It’s perfect for a weekend trip.

Nice, old school, hotel. The place is clean. The carpet was a little frayed, but not terribly so. I really liked the old fashioned furniture. The bed and linens were very comfortable and our room was wonderfully quiet so our sleep was great. The staff is very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

I reported that my wifi only worked in the bathroom. Same man at the desk said he would try and resolve the issue. It never resolved. The girl at the desk only looked at me and didn't try to help. The view from the room was nice but I would never stay here again.

This room had a coffee maker; unusual these days in NYC hotels. Their restaurant and outside patio on the 9th floor were fabulous! All personnel were very helpful.

An absolute gem in the middle of the city! Extremely comfortable—excellent pillows, great shower—meticulously clean and the staff was lovely and very helpful. Couldn’t be more conveniently located to get around town! Loved!

The antiquity and history of thus house is very appealing

Spacious, quiet, and clean just wish they had more convenient plugs! I had to hunt for them and they didn’t always work.

Didn’t have breakfast but the location and price made it all worth it
