The rooms are spacious, clean and elegant. Can’t beat the location. Half a block from Radio City Music Hall, St Patrick’s Cathedral and Rockefeller Center. Rooftop view of the Cathedral is amazing.

Great location. The hotel is near radio city and is good for walking around the city especially for shopping and tourist hot spots.

Clean room on the small size but manageable. First morning woken up by air con making a huge racket…with jet lag and lack of sleep we had to leave the room at 7am and walk the streets till it got fixed . 3rd night broken again so they shifted us to another room thankfully . Next door neighbour smoking in room and music till 4 am -even after 2 calls to reception. Great location and close to some of the best shopping and restaurants NYC has to offer . Subway and Central Park close by .

We loved the property, it had character, It was centrally located, and the staff was very, very accommodating! 10/10 The beds were super comfortable as well! Definitely our choice in Midtown from now on.

I wanted to stay in a smaller older hotel (charming wood furniture...things like that), but one where I had a comfortable bed and everything I needed. 3 West Club met all my needs! Everyone I interacted with there was kind and helpful. I look forward to staying there again!

3 West Club was my choice for a birthday excursion to Broadway. It was fantastic - clean, stylish, elegant, comfortable, and well-located. I can't say enough about the staff and amenities. The cost was reasonable, and the noontime checkout was awesome. See you soon, 3 West Club! I'm a big fan.
