Owe me refund! Paid for two bedroom got stuck with one!!

Very good

Water backed up in the tub. Asked staff 2-3x to clear, nobody came. Finally manger sent someone but probable was still there during our stay.

Helpful staff

I love this hotel and have been staying there for years. However it feels to me it’s in need of a little TLC and updating. I love that I see the same staff over and over and I think that’s a great testament to the hotel. I would just love to see it updated in the rooms and the common spaces.

Location can't be beat! Did not see a place to purchase water, snacks, etc and had to request a fridge for the room.

An iconic hotel in the best location possible! Real classic, quiet luxury. Incredible service and attention to detail. Lenny, the famous TikTok Bellman was the icing on the cake! Such a wonderful man providing impecable service, while putting a smile on everyone’s face! Totally recommended.

Had a great stay at the Omni in Manhattan! The staff truly went above and beyond to accommodate me and provide excellent service, including some thoughtful extra perks that made the stay feel special. I loved the location, and the room was surprisingly spacious, calm, and comfortable, especially for Manhattan. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

excellent location, excellent room, excellent staff. food wasn’t great, restaurant and lobby not as great as the hotel deserves.

Premier Room was disappointing. Small, no refrigerator, headboard cracked and warn, bathroom shower was full of hanging dust and gross. I shared a room with my brother and felt bad it did not meet expectations. Rooms are simply not what we paid and there are other places in NYC that were far better. I also didn't receive and recognition of being an expedia member or any upgrades that expedia claims I should be offered. Still had a blast in NYC and will return but not to the Omni Berkshire that was vastly underwhelming.

Check in was easy but no upgrade offered even though I’m a select guest loyalty member. The hotel wasn’t booked solid a day before so not sure why. I found dirty towels stuffed in the closet when I checked in. I alerted the front desk and someone retrieved them promptly. Otherwise the room was clean, and the bed comfortable. There was one feather pillow but the other 3 were foam and lumpy. I appreciated the magnifying make up mirror in the bathroom. The shades weren’t working properly so difficult to put them up or down. The doormen were kind and very attentive and helpful. I asked for a late check out (one hour) but was told no. It’s a small mid range hotel that serves many business travelers. The price point was better than upscale hotels. It’s a bit dated but nice enough. Fairly solid choice but a bit disappointed with some aspects of my stay.

We loved the location, historic building, Lenny the doorman was amazing & Yumi checked us in and was great!! We will for sure be back!

there was no bottled water provided which is usually a must have in a hotel. the restaurant/bar had limited hours of operations. the rooms are quite small.

Exceptional

Comfortable bed, beautiful room, nice amenities. What made this experience even better was the staff. They were always cheerful, helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Great location! They even have the famous Lenny the doorman working there. This is a high-level hotel without the high-level price. Loved everything!
