We had a wonderful stay at the Omni Berkshire NYC. The property is very relaxing in the heart of Manhattan. The staff, the room, and amenities were wonderful. The hospitality is one of a kind.

Good location and great staff.

Had booked a suite, told room would not be ready until 3pm, not a problem. Upon return at 3 told room was being checked by manager and to have a seat in lobby and would be notified as soon as available. Waited half hour upon returning to desk told room now ready. Questioned how long I would have waited before let me know. Told hotel manager would call me, of course he never did

Bell staff were unhelpful. Reception was adequate. Room is noisy (outside noise) but big and very comfortable bed.

The room was very dirty. It was obvious that they had not vacuumed the room in a while. There were crumbled cookies and other disgusting things over the carpet (even black pellets. I hope they were not animals feces). I had to complain 3 times before they decided to vacuum it. And the cleaning lady came very late at night when we were in the bedroom, eating, and decided to vaccum with us in the room, throwing the dust and all the disgusting things over the carpet on us (I just hope we don’t get sick. I really regret not having said something when she arrived but I was already worried for the bad cleaning). This was a vey bad experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone (I have been in other cheaper hotels in NYC and never had such a disgusting experience). I chose this hotel because it was suppose to be clean and to some extend upscale but this is the worse, and for sure the less clean hotel I have ever stayed in.

Will stay again. Staff was excellent and rooms were incredibly clean. Loved the location.

We love the Berkshire and have been staying there when either one of us is in NY for business or pleasure. The biggest asset by far is the unbelievable staff. The hotel keeps folx for decades. They know their business, their clients and their city. If you want Pierre-level service without the Pierre price tag, stay at the Berkshire.

Lovely property conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and many attractions. The property was clean and well equipped. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the rooms are and were treated to beverage service in the morning. We stayed here previously and would stay here again.

Location was perfect for our needs

We loved our stay! The staff was incredible. We had a minor issue with plumbing, but they got it corrected immediately and were very apologetic. We would definitely stay again! The location was perfect and safe.

Great location!

Great location - if you like midtown you’ll love this location. The staff was friendly, helpful, offering to send water up and helped us locate a private car to airport (which was $20 cheaper than an Uber). The room was well maintained and they replaced towels daily, great overall housekeeping. I ate at the restaurant when we arrived late one night and it was better than expected. Overall would stay again.

Spotless, great location and people.

Friendly staff, great location

Room was nice- although it seemed like it was missing furniture? ( maybe room to add a roll-away bed?). No coffee maker in the room. No bottles of water- not even for a charge. An empty fridge- would’ve expected better amenities from this hotel. Also, on our second morning we awoke to find running water was brown. No notice or accommodation of any sort from the hotel. Also, and this may sound ‘picky’- housekeeping made the bed in such a way that the blanket was tucked in at the foot of the bed so far, that the blanket didn’t really reach high enough. Easy enough to adjust- but when we did, all the bedding came undone. We stayed three nights- it was the same on all. Too bad- this could be an excellent hotel

Very quiet which is hard to find in downtown NYC!!
