Location and room size.

What a beautiful hotel! We loved every moment of our stay. We had a great view of St. Patrick’s Cathedral from our room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Gold Room is gorgeous! Everyone should go to the bar and enjoy the beauty. We look forward to staying here again.

I enjoyed my stay. Hotel was clean, beautiful and well maintained. I had a bad experience with a night check in person that was rude and unpleasant other than that I had no issues with anyone else or anything. Other than that one issue, I enjoyed my stay.

The only issue was the plumbing. The bathtub would back up when taking a shower.

However —Big negative is that restaurant reception is super unhelpful, you never get a table and they do always ask to wait one hour…. All this despite being regular having stayed 50x there - especially on weekends with family super unhelpful and rude… even when place is empty they do not let you in… in sum the hotel should urgently fix this as not top hotel style.

The staff was wonderful. The hotel is in a great location and was clean. The rooms were large with great views. We all had a great stay.
