Great location Close to Rickfellae

Wonderful staff: very friendly, very helpful, very accommodating. Very nice facilities, if a bit overpriced. Excellent location for work. Again, it was the staff, and their friendliness and competence, that made this a great stay. I thought it was a bit overpriced compared to other options in the neighborhood. Otherwise, I found the staff and the room and the facilities to be great.

My husband and I stayed here for just one night to celebrate our anniversary in the city. The location was perfect, as we had dinner reservations in the Times Square area, and we were seeing a Broadway show. The staff were friendly and helpful. Even the valet guy remembered what time we were leaving the next morning and had our car ready for us! The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It took me a minute to figure out how to use the remote to lower the blackout shades, but I did it! The bathroom had a very cool toilet with an attached bidet, a seat heater, and some other things I’m sure I never figured out how to use. The only thing that I wasn’t thrilled with was that the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion bottles were attached to the walls. Who knows if those get changed when they’re empty or if they’re ever cleaned out when refilled? I much prefer getting the individual travel size toiletries that were ubiquitous not so long ago. I understand the reasoning behind this new trend, but I’m not a fan. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

This hotel exceeded all expectations! The staff was so professional and helpful. The room was a nice size, fresh and upscale. The bathroom was large by NY standards. Perfect Midtown location! The rooms are quiet, only 5 rooms per floor!

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Loved the black out shade and shower pressure. City noises were not bad considering the location. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice big room, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, bottled water and coffee pods for the in-room machine. Nice staff, very cooperative with requests. Also great central location. There was some evidence of the prior guest having shaved in the bathroom sink, that must have been missed in the cleaning. However, everything else was clean and neat.

There is no food at the hotel. There is a need for a bar Or microwave or snack bar area. No microwave. Also seeking to extend stay. It's an inconvenience that you have to rebook online. Quite inconvenient.
