The staff were absolutely amazing. Miguel, Brandon and Noel were awesome! They made us feel from the moment we walked through the doors that we were like family and have been staying there for years. The Hotel itself is in a great location. Very clean but could use some maintenance work ( mainly rerouting water drips from all the ac units 2nd floor problem). The private and public balcony space was awesome especially since weed is legal in NY!! IF we ever go back, it where we’ll stay! You should too!

Great location, clean and friendly and accommodating. Very pleased with the experience. No carpeting on the room floors, but otherwise everything was great.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were able to check in early which was great. The room was immaculately clean and spacious. I didn’t hear too much outside noise and two layered curtains kept it perfectly dark at night. Our personal balcony did unfortunately look directly at a wall but there was access to other public balconies with a better view. Would definitely stay here again!
