Very clean room, centrally located to Times Square and manhattan attractions, great cleaning staff. Coffee was often out in the morning and had to wait for refills but otherwise very nice location.

The front staff were so warm and welcoming. The only issue was the noise from the AC. Other than that, it was a perfect location with great ease for check-in and check out.
