Really good location. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. I was able to check in early in the morning for a fee. The room was a decent size, good views, comfortable bed.

Great location! Walked to the theater with ease and to St Patrick’s and great shopping. Staff very friendly and accommodating! Coffee machine really hard to close. TV had limited channels and kept cutting out, bathroom door didn’t close completely and no fan in bathroom.

The hotel was very central located, walking distance, only blocks away from 5th ave and times square. The hotel was clean. Sam was very helpfull. It was clean.

Very clean and great location Front desk arranged our shuttle to LGA and quoted me price of $80 but when we arrived the driver charged us $90

I’ve been to New York City many times, and although this was probably my least favorite hotel I’ve stayed in here, there truthfully wasn’t anything “wrong“ with it. The staff was very polite, but they didn’t seem genuine. It was the first hotel in a few years that did not provide water bottles daily in the room at no charge. That would’ve been a nice addition. They do have water in the lobby was small plastic cups, so that was at least nice. There aren’t really any amenities. The property seemed very small. Either the walls are thin, or the cleaning staff is just loud every morning. The room views are terrible, but there isn’t much they can do about that with this location. Although I did not prefer the location, which surprised me, it definitely was not a bad location as far as distance to many top Midtown attractions or subways.
