Hotel is at a good location, 1 street away from time square to avoid the noise. Staffs are friendly. It’s a good stay for 6 nights here.

We actually loved our room. It was overlooking the street on the fourth floor. Very interesting. The problem was no info on the room. We didn't know we had a closet. It was very modern and we had no idea it was the closet. We weren't told we had to use the room key to operate the elevator and started going up instead of down. Luckily others got on the elevator and showed us what to do. They had the same problem.

Overall the hotel was good. The only thing we would change would be the a/c as it was very close to one of the beds making it difficult to adjust the temperature to accommodate the overall feel of the room. The staff was very friendly.

Nice hotel but really small rooms... if we were traveling with more than 2 carryons there would have been no place for the bags
