Good location to go to the theater, my main priority. Room was nicely appointed, but small - even the king size. The room was quiet. Breakfast was good, but limited options. I looked into a lightwell, so not very light, but made for good sleeping.

I will be emailing Kelly Phillips, the general manager, to explain our experience on the 7th floor this past week. No resolution to the issue.

The staff was great. My room was very nice and quiet… It’s a really nice boutique hotel… Obviously not a five star hotel like the Pierre or something but Excellent value I’ll definitely stay there again.

I loved the traditional new york feel. Staff was great and everything was comfortable.
-
Loved the free breakfast and the comfortable rooms. The bar prices were extremely high, double what they should be.

We paid a little extra for a view of the Chrysler Building. Unfortunately, this meant a room just steps away from the elevator, which made sounds throughout the night and early morning. We reported a rattling noise with the pipes in the bathroom (something else that interrupted sleep). The staff let us know that someone would look into it but the issue was not resolved during our stay. There was no Internet access for several days. I doubt there's anything the hotel could have done but the problem was also not acknowledged.

Have wanted to stay there for years Didn’t disappoint Lovely staff I’ll be back
-

-
Terrific staff and delicious breakfast.
-
Beautiful property with friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant outstanding.
-
Breakfast was very busy. The staff took orders for the eggs, they did a good job with getting everything right. They were quick to not charge if things were not timely. The breakfast/dining room is small and crowded. The breakfast area is crowded - almost rubbing elbows with the next table.
-
Great place to stay in mid Town. Central to everything but a lovely quieter street. Good facilities and staff was extremely helpful and friendly Nothing
-
It is directly across the street from a long-term parking lot which was so convenient. With our rate breakfast was included and it was certainly a decent amount of food and great quality. I will be back for sure.
