The Iroquois Times Square, a Small Luxury Hotel

This is a nice boutique hotel, with more spacious rooms than many others in Midtown. The rooms could use some updating; while I enjoy the Mad Men early 60s vibe, I get the sense that it is more a result of time passing than a design choice. But the staff is friendly and it is overall a pleasant place to stay if you want to be close to Times Square and the theater district and have a decent amount of space.

The beds themselves are the most comfortable I'v ever slept in and the pillows are pure luxury. I have insomnia and fight to sleep often. I sleep like a rock here. It's super quiet for New York and on a somewhat secluded block. I think the rooms are very well appointed with soothing wall paper and fun artwork. Even the wooden window shades make for a cool feel. I really can not speak highly enough about this property and its fine staff. A++++

I stay at the Iroquois regularly, and it was very nice. The rooms are small, but they're clean and immaculate, and the location is perfect. The rooms could be a bit bigger, but that's just a function of being a small boutique hotel in Manhattan. It's a lovely hotel that I use regularly.

Great location, even though near Times Square it was quiet. Nice little boutique hotel. When we arrived, we were allocated our rooms but my husband and I were allocated a tiny room and we paid for a larger one, we didn’t realise until the last day and mentioned this to reception. That was really disappointing.

Everything was great except for the rooms were noisy Room walls are thin - can hear the room next to me very very easily and clearly

We had such a wonderful experience. The hotel was well maintained, clean and a great layout for an overall smaller floor plan. We really enjoyed breakfast each day and everyone was so nice and helpful!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Iroquois Times Square Hotel. The staff was welcoming and consistently helpful. The room was large for New York City and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable and the room had good lighting. The location was perfect for our needs and we were able to walk everywhere we had planned to go. One day during our stay was rainy and the hotel provided umbrellas. The breakfast was excellent and we were able to make selections from a menu. We would definitely choose to stay at the Iroquois Times Square again.

Location, prefect, close to TS, room very elegant and comfy beds, walking distance to everywhere. breakfast very rigid no exceptions were allowed (for a simple extra white toast they wanted to charge us) and rude waitresses.

Lovely man on check in and overall staff are lovely. Fruit available on reception. Breakfast service a bit variable depending on staff - some engaged and efficient one or two not so efficient .Shouldn’t be too critical as overall we loved breakfast service and food divine. We stayed a week.

It was a lovely hotel and everything about my NYC trip was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
