The location in Midtown is amazing. The staff are really wonderful, love the breakfast and the staff who served it. The rooms are large for a city hotel and the bed was SO comfortable.

Theater district….I have stayed here several times over the past 25 years when my late husband was on a national board that met quarterly in NYC. I enjoy access to 5th Avenue, Broadway, museums etc. I consider 44th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues my NYC blocks. NA

Which is redeemable for F & B at the lobby bar and light service lounge. We would. Or have known that if the desk clerk didn’t tell us. BTW drinks are north of $20 and the food is a little pricy. But the hotel was super convenient for the Bway show we attended and we would highly recommend the hotel. There is a nice diner right next door too.

Everything! It was difficult to come by the car because the 6th Ave was closed for the street fair. It was very difficult to detect since Google maps didn't recognize it.

All was wonderful! Only recommendation is the night shift person could have been more helpful tonus as we checked in at 1 am and thr doors were locked- no way to get in so we had to pound on the doors!

Great location. The room was updated. Nice bathroom and walk-in closet. Friendly staff and the men at the doors were very courteous and helped with cabs and luggage.

Very convenient location, near events and transportation. The staff (front desk, bar area, cleaning staff ... all) were friendly, helpful, and available ... excellent. The room was clean. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. I love that historic decor was retained over the years.

The staff was friendly and accommodating we had to check bags for the day we checked out and they held it for us until after work hours. The food & drink is $$ but it is NYC Other than only having one working elevator at the time I have no complaints.

It was a nice place and the employees were super. The hotel only had one elevator working and that made the waits terrible. Also, they had multiple issues with their electronic entry system that required several trips to the front desk to fix.

It only had one working elevator. It was small and it took a long time to arrive. Lastly, they don’t provide guests a flat sheet on the bed. It’s just a fitted sheet and a comforter.

The renovation is really stunning. We were most disappointed that the cat had retired!
