Property and rooms were clean and the air conditioning was great. The staff was extremely helpful, and the location was close enough to Times Square without being in the middle of all the chaos.

It is a nice property with a great location, just a block from Times Square, you really are very close to 5th Ave, Bryant Park and the rest of main places in Midtown. Staff is nice. I’ll come back for sure.

I would like to see them put up a middle railing out front as the stairs are slightly steep and there is nothing to hold onto unless you open the door and use the rail on the door.
