The beds in the room were not real bad. They were mattresses on metal frames. Some of the lights were hard to work. Shower was hard to work. Room size was good but a lot of money for an OK hotel. It is in a very good location though, and the staff of one was very nice.

Not that I wasn't expecting this to be good, but i was very impressed! incredible room (NY small but that's to be expected), super nice bed, but the best part of the experience was the kitchen. Their food was top notch. I wanted to eat there every day. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Room and location for sure. The staff was incredibly helpful. I asked a quiet room and they gave me what I needed it! Thank you so much! there is only one elevator and the entrance is very tiny.

Adorable, comfortable, historic boutique hotel, just off Times Square - perfect for a weekend getaway. The staff was fantastic and the bar had an excellent selection.

The room was big and very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast is also great. They were renovating so we had workers, ladders, etc. on our floor during the entire stay. It was noisy and smelled a lot like paint; at some point someone was painting the door of our room while we were in it.

The Merrion Row is home away from home. Upon our arrival and throughout our stay we had an outstanding experience. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to help. The accommodation is clean tidy and smells incredible (you’ll see what I mean when you stay). And the food is amazing! If you want some peace and tranquility after long days of exploring NYC not to mention a fantastic location, we would highly recommend the Merrion Row Hotel.

Stayed with our teenage daughters. Love the size of the hotel. Felt very safe. Property was very cute and well maintained. Location was really great. Quick walk to Bryant Park for breakfast each morning. Also quick walk to Time Square, but was quiet on the street and in the hotel. Would stay here again.
