All the hotel facilities were remarkably clean and well-maintained. Our room was wonderfully spacious, cozy, and welcoming. We arrived in the morning to check in, and the team happily stored our luggage for free. The breakfast was a lovely light buffet - not a huge, crowded dining hall - which was a great touch. We also loved the 24/7 refreshment station with a hot-drink machine and a fridge stocked with cold beverages and 100% pure fruit juices. Above all, the staff was amazingly warm and friendly! A few of the front desk staff members were a bit unwelcoming and impatient, especially the ones working on the day we arrived. That said, it was just a couple of individuals, whereas the vast majority of the staff were wonderfully warm and helpful. Additionally, there was a $600 security deposit hold on our credit card. Even though it was fully refunded after check-out, we felt that amount was a bit steep.

The staffs were helpful and communicative. The location was really a bonus. Just right next to Times Square! Walkable to Bryant Park, Grand Central Terminal, 5th Avenue, Rockefellar and more. The room size was decent for NYC hotels, and it fit us well (two adults, one toddler). The room was nice and clean. and I believe, recently renovated too! We had house keeping every day as it was Summer time and we needed to keep the room clean --housekeepings did well to accommodate us too. We appreciated the little breakfast provided. Although the lounge was small in size and cannot accommodate all guests, we just took some pastry and coffee and brought it up to the room! Also have an ice machine and water dispenser -really much needed during Summer! Overall wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back.

First of all i would like to mention patrik for all the support he provided. The staff are friendly, location is perfect, the room is comfy, modern, clean and spacious. The breakfast needs to be improved

Great location and lovely comfy room Breakfast was tasty but a little limited even for a continental breakfast and in a small room so we struggled to find a table the first morning having to wait til someone left

Location is great for people that want to visit Mid town Manhattan , metro and buses are near by , can walk to a lot of attractions. Times Square is around the corner from the hotel. The breakfast was a disappointment, no room to sit when a lot of people come, no verity. we went out to eat outside in diners near by.

The room was good, the only issue is all of the gnats flying around. I don’t know if it’s a New York thing, but my room was completely flooded with gnats and it kept getting worse.
