The hotel's location is very good, close to Times Square and Broadway theaters. The room was a good size, with a large bed and good quality linens. The bathroom was also large, with a bathtub and a shower. Overall, the hotel is comfortable and I can recommend it. The breakfast was very meager (just coffee, juice, yogurt, and pastries), with paper plates and cups and disposable cutlery—is that really acceptable for a 4-star hotel? The breakfast room was tiny and almost always packed; there was nowhere to sit and eat, so I had to take my breakfast back to my room.

Location, very clean and comfortable Very Small area for breakfast and selection, no value for the pre paid price

Perfect location.

We had a wonderful stay in New York! The location was absolutely excellent — everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, including 5th Avenue, Bryant Park, and many other great spots. One thing we especially appreciated was the coffee machine. The coffee was surprisingly good, especially for Europeans who are used to espresso and macchiato in normal-sized cups. ☕️ Overall, a great location, comfortable stay, and a perfect base for exploring New York. We would definitely stay here again!

We liked the location. We didn’t like the facilities, the breakfast and the staff.

Superb

Continental Breakfast and not full service Room was renovated but the walk in shower was EXTREMELY small. The tub had no shower curtain. Bathroom sink and counter top were odd shape. No light in the foyer. VERY small Lobby
-
Good location, newly updated The mattress wasn’t comfortable, and the ac unit was so loud we couldn’t sleep good at night bcs of it

The vapours from the renovations made me feel sick and I had to move rooms, which was just as bad. I couldn't get anyone live at Booking.com. I had to check out and go through another company to find immediate accommodation, on my birthday ! When i inquired about a refund, it was denied Now, ive booked another trip through your rival company because of said issues.

Fantastic location. You cant beat it for access to Braidway and off broadway l. The deluxe room was spacious. Biggest beef was the housekeeping. I requested service and was assured soap dispensers as well as beds and towels would be done. Just got the towels. Amenities were to include coffee pods and 2 waters daily. Didnt get them. One if the lights didnt work and I asked for it to be looked at. No one did. For the rate it just lacked prompt careful attention.

Finding this hotel was a little confusing for our cab driver even though we gave him the address, so just be aware it doesn't jump out at you driving by. Signage could be better! Once we arrived, though we had an excellent experience! We opted for the larger king room which was renovated, so it felt like a tiny apartment. Having the mezzanine with unlimited free coffee and water was also very nice! Breakfast was basic pasties, yogurt, and fruit, but this is really all we needed before starting our day. Location is wonderful, just far enough from Times Square to get away from the chaos, but still easy to walk to. Staff were very polite and always offering to help. The hotel was spotless! We'd defintely come back!!

Disappointing

Breakfast could have been better very plan, could use a toaster and more fresh fruit to start the day. The person that cleaned our room was terrible had to complain a few times. It was an expensive hotel and said it was removed?? The staff at the dest and the gentleman that help us with our bags was so kind. But my daughter and I were celebrating our big birthday’s so made it fun.. enjoyed New York. Everything we planned .

Very clean. Nice, quality staff and facilities. A block from Times Square. Right next to, and across from Broadway theatres. DO NOT confuse with Millenium BROADWAY. This is MUCH nicer!! Confusion with Millenium Broadway. Uber took us to wrong place. Tiny Shower.
-
Location, size of room, comfortable bed The lighting was a problem. When you turned off the lights, it also turned off the outlets except 1. So difficult to charge phones. The alcove light was annoying On the tv, we could only find 1 news network. In a city such as NYC surprised this was the case.
