Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square

furniture and TV were worn out and should be replaced. lobby under Renovation but 7th flr temp was ok.

But there wasn’t any water bottles, no cups or glasses for drinking tap water and not a coffee maker or even a kettle. We had to call the lobby for water bottles every morning. I really found it dissatisfying. I should also mention that there was no restaurant in the hotel for early morning or late night dinning.

Parking on 44th street Meyers parking right in front of hotel.

Access to hotel is on 44th and 45 th. Hotel is 6 minutes walking to time Square. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Check-in is on the 7th floor on the 45th street side entrance. Hotel room fees change mine was $34.43 a night plus tax . Separately the booking site charged me fees and taxes I assumed was hotel room taxes and fees because it was listed under room rate and fees. It was not enjoy your stay it was a convenient location.

While checkin the room, we saw, there were no water bottles and coffee machine in the room! Had to wait for almost 30 mins plus for coffee machine as their staff duty was changing. Room lacks charging points on your bed side. Location is amazing. But might look for another property next time as basic amenities like water and charging point and service time of the housekeeping is not that appreciable. Rooms were good size

Amazing property in the midst of Times Square. Walkable to shows, museums, shops. Luxury comfortable rooms in which to recover in peace and quiet.

I loved the people very much. All were kind, helpful and attentive. Unfortunately the end of our time and trying to get to the amtrak train was hell. I waited with my daughter on the 31st floor for 45 minutes watching over packed elevators go by. We called downstairs and no help was sent as we explained we were going to miss our train. I know for a fact at least 2 elevators weren't running because we never saw those doors open as we did at least 15 elevators that we couldn't get on. At this point my daughter started crying and I was close to.

There were no amenities and the main entrance is closed. The room was very outdated and not very well maintained. There was mold in the bathroom and the a/c struggled to keep up. Also, if you weren't out of your room before 9am they wouldn't come back to clean the room. The Location was 5 star and the staff was very helpful other than the cleaning staff. Also, very convenient to Starbucks and Walgreens.

I was surprised with the extra price when I had already booked a room with 2 double beds and on their end they had another site not from Expedia that it showed that I had booked a double room Queen and then to get back to the room that I had booked on my credit card on August 25th for room with 2 double beds I had to pay an additional 57,37 with taxes in USD a mixed communication with Expedia and the hotel

Great location...downstairs lobby was in repairs/renovations. Rooms are a bit dated but will be revamped in the near future. Amazing views of Times Square from the 50th floor. Helpfull staff made everything better.

The hotel only gave me 2 days notice that there were renovations going on during our stay which took away the hotel restaurant etc… they clearly knew this was planned prior to us booking and only waited until 2 days prior to check in to avoid us cancelling the hotel. Very poor especially as we paid a full price for for a hotel under construction

Good location, larger room than many others in area. Staff were pleasant. Mattress very nice. Room 3711. Shower drain covered with a matted clump of hair before we even used it. Received details of the ongoing renovations less than 72 hours before our visit, limiting our options to look elsewhere (well played). Elevator situation on Saturday Aug 29 between 10 and 11 a.m. was madness. Of the 5 elevators, only ever saw 2 open on our floor and whether going up or down they were already full. Many ended up walking down 37 stories from our floor. We waited over 30 minutes before able to get one on the way up with room. Room was entered and cleaned despite Do Not Disturb sign on Sunday Aug 30. No fridge in room in 2026 for $250+ a night is crazy.
