It’s location. The rooms and amenities.

The hotel’s location is absolutely unbeatable! It’s definitely one of the best things about this property. The rooms themselves are not in the best condition and could use some updating. However, I still gave the hotel a high rating because I’m very grateful to the manager, who was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to help us. She kindly moved us from our original two rooms to rooms that were much cleaner and newer. The rooms we were initially given on the lower floor were honestly not suitable for staying in, so we really appreciated her willingness to find a better solution for us. Thank you to the manager for being so understanding and helpful, her attitude made a big difference in our stay! Unfortunately, the price does not match the quality of the accommodation. Given the cost, I expected the rooms and overall condition of the hotel to be much better.

Nice staff. Great location for what we had planned. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Some of it may just be normal wear and tear, but there was hair on the floor.

Room was comfortable with great central location. The wifi was poor sometimes or not working at all. A refrigerator would be good. A little out dated.

nothing good at all. We got a old rubbish room. The ask for a better room got rejected. We booked for four nights and left after one. On checkout a manager on duty told us they would have had new renovated rooms. So why not offered or provided in first place? Restaurant was closed due to renovations.

i have stayed here numerous times and I’ve never had a problem. This time I paid for a landmark view room for a special occasion. I have paid for in the past and have had amazing views. This time there was absolutely no view. I have the photos to prove it. Plus, half of the view was obstructed by a ledge. This was extremely disappointing. I could not see a single billboard from Times Square not one thing. I will probably not stay here again because I feel I’ve been ripped off. We were on a limited time and had many appointments to get to and did not have time to worry about changing rooms or complaining about it. I just won’t stay here again. This should’ve been made clear when I booked the room which was way in advance. I have photos that I took clearly showing that there was no view. I came to NYC to see my oncologist and I am dealing with terminal cancer and this was supposed to be a trip of a lifetime along with this visit so we went all out, so this was highly disappointing.
