Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square

On this third stay, while the lobby was nice, our room was BEAT UP when we arrived. The carpet was very frayed upon entry and stains throughout the room on the carpet. The bathroom floor had hair on it that was not ours (we literally had just walked in). The very large and heavy pocket door for the bathroom was off the tracks and extremely tough to close (which when staying with others and not alone makes using the bathroom a challenge). There were small dogs in another room on the floor barking often, which made sleeping a challenge. (I didn't realize pets were allowed, and I'm a pet person). Also - there appeared to be call girls entering early in the mornings, walking right past the "security" desk near the concierge. While this location is convenient, and the staff is very kind, the property needs a refresh - it is looking very antiquated. And the late night/early morning call girls were a bit much.

Staff was great. Lobby was lovely. Rooms were a little tired and could use updating, but the beds were comfortable. Water pressure in shower was good, but not a ton of water flow.

The hotel itself was beautiful, quiet, and conveniently located. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, clean amenities, and the overall attention to detail. It was clear that the staff takes pride in providing excellent service.

Nice hotel in a great location for either business or fun, in the middle of everything and easy to get around. Rooms are good and reasonably spacious, nice gym, and staff was really nice and helpful all over.

Great location and the staff was great! The woman who checked us in was very nice! When we arrived into the room and tried to use the restroom we discovered that the toilet was broken. The door handle to the bathroom was also broken. There was only a shower curtain (which barely fit for the shower) and no liner for the curtain. Water was getting every where when we used the shower.

It’s in a good location just down from time square. Nice view. Close to attractions. Beds were hard for me. Rooms are a little dated.

Location was good and convenient There was no bar freeze . No water bottles even provided . It’s was not very clean . Bathrooms are old and damped

Bedroom carpet stained and dirty, bathroom needs cleaning up, black grout, tiles dirty, bathroom and bedroom let's down this hotel.
