Aura Hotel Times Square

Great location.

Our room was small but very clean. coffee machine in the room and shampoo/conditioner and shower gel provided by the hotel (Molton Brown which was a nice touch). Not much space for luggage or hanging clothes (we had a superior queen room) and the telephone didn’t work in our room. Hotel will store luggage when you check out.

Location Too noisy,my room face towards the main road, every night wake up by garbage truck or crazy guys.

Good hotel. Staff was helpful. Until I got the bill. Did not honor the hotels.com price. Currently in a dispute where I was charged 2.5x agreed upon price. Neither the hotel nor hotels.com has been helpful. So much hassle. Poor customer service all around

Location is more than perfect, lobby is clean, staff is friendly and willing to help! Bathroom was clean and nice! Didnt meet the expectations. The rooms (layout) does not match on the pictures. Also thinks were outdated, there were also a lot of damage on the walls etc. There was no fridge, the air quality in the room was not good at all (really dry). Overall we were not really satisfied.

Excellent hotel in a great location, and staff were extremely helpful. Room was serviced perfectly each day. Bathroom was a bit tired, but otherwise- we had a great stay, and it was perfect for what we needed.

Excellent location!! All staff are friendly and kind. Front desk worker, Adrian, checked us in a few hours early so we could get settled and begin our trip. He among the other staff were very helpful throughout our visit. The rooms are small and basic with no refrigerator or microwave, but there is a comfortable bed, a bathroom with a tub, a safe, and coffee. It was sufficient for our needs as we spent minimal time in the room.

Check in and out was quick and efficient. Room was small and there was no view except for a brick building but it is NYC . bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Carpet under bed looked like it could use a deep clean. Location was great !!! The long room next door was great for drinks and breakfast the next morning . We received two coupons for the Long Room which was a nice treat.

The property was clean and had a very modern feel. The location was perfect and the check-in and checkout process was seamless. I would definitely come back here the next time I’m in New York.

The location is the best part of the place. Its in the middle of the city, so everything fells close. Besides that, it's in the corner of the most photographed street: the Times Square, so if you are a tourist, the place fells like "known" even as a first time. It would be nice to have a little fridge in the room, and the ice machine sometimes have a big line of people. The one thing that was a problem to me is the gym, because it is not at all what I expected. There were few machines and only to cardio workouts. The "weight area" is nonexistent because the weights are not complete, there was only one chair and it was impossible to actually work-out.

If you're going to a Broadway musical, this is the perfect location. You can walk to a dozen shows quickly. The bed and pillows were great and comfortable. Room is a bit small, but the price is right. Very clean. No refrigerator in room, but there is a coffee maker.

It’s a little harder to find because of construction going on around it. We walked past it lol! BEAUTIFUL Hotel!!! Bed was so comfy! Bathroom was a good size! Would definitely stay here again
