The location was absolutely amazing in proximity to Grand Central, Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza, Central Park and Subway to LGA/JFK. Will stay here again because the location made everything easy. Shower door was a little short so water spray got on the floor.

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was a great experience for our first time in NYC! The location is great and easily accessible to subway stations, Times Square, and Bryant Park. The staff was great and made the process smooth. Huge shoutout to Jojo for helping us with storing our luggage and with any questions we had about our stay!

Hairs in the tub and on the bathroom floor. Shower floor covered in glitter. A lot of wear and tear throughout the hotel. A gross rug under the bed that needs to just be removed. It’s stained and clearly not being cleaned. Pillows don’t hold shape. Bed is very firm. It is a good location. Won’t be staying here again though.

It was in a great location, closed enough to time square but far enough away from all the hustle & bustle to enjoy a great night sleep! The staff were friendly and accommodating and really helpful.

The hotel has a fantastic location for shows and major attractions. Despite being close to Times Square, the rooms were quiet and I heard no noise. Rooms are clean and the reception area is welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who greeted guests and handled luggage, making us feel very welcome. Unfortunately, the rooms are extremely small, and we had to climb over our suitcases as there was nowhere to store them. However, the biggest issue was how loud the air conditioning was. Whenever it switched on, it sounded like an alarm going off and made it very difficult to sleep. To be fair, the staff did try to resolve the problem by providing a mobile air-conditioning unit, but unfortunately this was just as noisy. We were then moved to another room, but that also had a noisy mobile unit. We stayed for three nights and, unfortunately, hardly slept at all. The staff did their best to help, but the noise from the air conditioning really affected our stay

Shockingly small room;since we were only there to sleep, it was ok. The front desk staff were VERY nice, kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, but I was glad I did NOT have a big suitcase; there would not have been any floorspace left for walking around the bed, if we had had traditional suitcases. Again, I like this hotel, and, the room was small.

I liked the drink vouchers offer.

I got charged twice for my room, resulting in an extra $1,000 charge that has not been refunded yet. Additionally, the room was quite hot and humid during my stay, which made it uncomfortable.

Small hotel in Times Square area. Clean but small rooms. Elevator problems on third day there but resolved. Breakfast offered in restaurant next door.
