Cute boutique hotel! Close to time square and very walkable. Clean rooms and great staff! I would return

Great location for getting around Times Square. Helpful and friendly staff, did a great job taking care of my luggage after check out. Room was clean and spacious for NYC.

Everything was great. I did have a problem with the air conditioner at first it wasn’t working properly. They fixed it though so I can’t complain too much.

Hotel is convenient to Times Square and thus right in the center of Manhattan. Not incredibly noisy and very clean. They have a good relationship with the restaurant/bar next door where you can get breakfast as well. Limited front desk staff but they were cordial and helpful. Good value.

Great location for Times Square and Broadway

Excellent facility. The room was larger than anticipated. Very cozy space and the staff were a pleasure. My only complaint would be thin walls, but alas we’re in a hotel in NY, so silver lining. Housekeeping was very accommodating and helpful. Would stay again.

The shower was very weak and water was warm at best not hot. Great AC and great location.

Very small room with difficult to control temperature. Something in the bed that bit me all over my arm, told reception but no response when I collected my bag later in the day.

Excellent location with friendly staff . Comfortable bed in a clean room . Pre ordered a fridge but didn’t get one despite being told three occasions it was coming when a room checked out . Ended up cancelling it day before end of my stay .

Room was lovely and clean. Amazing location to get to and from. Had all the right facilities. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the ‘cheaper’ options (although still very pricey) but worth happy with the room. Tv didn’t work and not much natural light as window opened towards a brick wall. (Although we were out all days so didn’t bother us too much).

Location to Times Square

Extremely comfortable bed- great linens and pillows too! Small room (totally normal for NYC) but slept soundly. Highly recommend!

I just stayed there last week. I will say that when you let staff know there is a problem they bring the whole swatt team and I like that. There was a smell in the room and they sent an engineer, a maid and etc. They ended up getting rid of the smell. Well job!! I will be staying again…. Thank you
