Great little haven from timesquare. But could use some more amenities. Like mini fridges in the room if you want to store left over food or microwaves if you want to heat something up.

Place next time since its very close to T.Square.

Was a very convenient location and nice hotel for seeing a Broadway show. The room was nice and clean. no issues. not big but just enough. The day we stayed, the elevator was malfunctioning and stopped on every floor going up and down which took forever and was annoying but by the next day they had it fixed. Otherwise our stay was great.

Rooms were very small - nothing like the photos posted on line ! The AC did not work and the staff were not helpful

Our stay at the Aura Hotel was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we checked in until we checked out, all the staff had helped with everything. The front desk made sure that all our concerns were answered and gave us our complimentaries. The cleaning staff were always so respectful of our privacy and the upkeep of room are always perfect. Lastlt, I wanted to highlight Jojo, their bellman who made our trip so much more memorable! From the moment we entered, we were greeted and assisted by him. He made so many good recommendations around Manhattan of local eats and all of them are really good! He even offered us an umbrella to use all throught out our stay hence we didn’t had to buy one and we just returned it after. On our check out day, he helped us navigate our way back to our airport which we really appreciate. Kudos to all the team members—we already want to go back!

A special mention to Adrian, who was extremely helpful and attentive. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and really added to our overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Aura. Thank you to Adrian and the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable!

The room was clean and the area is very central to the attractions that I wanted to visit.

Very convenient Times Square boutique hotel. Large room with many amenities. Only negatives would be difficulty with the room temperature, slow bath drainage and slow elevators (during busy times).

Bel hôtel, belle chambre qui sont plus grandes que ce qu’on avait imaginé. Très propre aussi, lits confortables. Juste le jet de la douche qui n’était pas très fort. Parking juste à côté de l’hôtel à 60 usd pour le 24h. On y retournerait
