Casablanca Hotel by Library Hotel Collection

Took my boyfriend, now fiancée here for our 3 year anniversary since he had never been to NYC. Super close to Times Square and Broadway shows. Staff was all amazing everything we came in and left. Loved the breakfast and snack area, especially the fancy coffe machine! Rooms are somewhat plain but clean and you dont spend much time in it anyhow. Would stay again!

Great. Loved the experience

We love this hotel! It has great character and the rooms are nice and roomy! On the 2nd floor there is free water, lattes or coffee and other snack items which are available 24 hours a day! There is a small breakfast in the am with a few bakery items and fruit and hard boiled eggs! The hotel has an entrance directly into Tony’s! Which is the best Italian food ever!! Highly recommend Casa Blanca! It’s a gem!

We have stayed at 2 "sister" hotels and love The Library collection. The hotel is located right in the middle of Broadway and adjacent to Tony DiNapoli resturaunt. It is on the quieter end of Times Sq. N/A

The hotel was very quiet and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is in a great location if staying in busy Times Square .

Staff were superb and friendly, the location is tucked around a corner from Times Square. Had a few problems with the toilet cistern not filling properly and the air conditioning was brutal until we got to grips with the controls.

Extremely clean The hotel and our room were spotless. Easily a 10/10 for cleanliness. Pet-free property This was a huge plus since my wife has allergies, and we appreciated that no pets are allowed. Prime Times Square location Right in the heart of Times Square, with a parking garage conveniently located next door. Discounted parking Guests receive a subsidized parking rate of just $33 per day when using the adjacent garage. Exceptionally quiet rooms We stayed in June 2026 during the FIFA World Cup and on the night the Knicks won the NBA Championship. The city was celebrating loudly, but we didn't hear a thing from inside our room. The hotel's soundproofing is outstanding. My wife is an extremely light sleeper, and even she slept through the entire night. Complimentary snacks and breakfast The second-floor café was a bonus. It offered free snacks, fresh fruit, coffee, lattes, and cappuccinos 24/7. Every morning, they also served a free breakfast with hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, croissants, pastries, and orange juice. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Between the unbeatable location, outstanding cleanliness, peaceful rooms, convenient parking, and generous complimentary food and drinks. I would 100% book this hotel again.

Breakfast was ok but some hot items would of been nice. Not sure it is worth the extra money compared to other hotels locally They removed the after wine and nibbles that used to be one of the big advantages of the Library Collection chain. This was removed in covid apparently. Not sure why it hasnt returned now.

Location, friendly, family style hotel. Breakfast fantastic. We had a room with no outside view, with a frosted window which made it dark. There was no quilt cover just a sheet above and below the quilt which was unusual and got tangled and messy.

The Casablanca is the ONLY place we stay while in NYC. The staff is amazing, the rooms elegant and comfortable, the morning breakfast delicious and generous and the salon is our "living room" in NYC. It's open 24 x 7 with free snacks, water, coffee and tea. It's so lovely to have a comfortable place to relax besides our room that is not a bar or the lobby. Being right in Times Square is amazing as well - walking distance to every theatre and amazing restaurants. Try it out - you'll never stay anywhere else in NYC.

Service!! This hotel provided the very best service from the doorman to the breakfast staff. This 4-star rated hotel provided 5-star service, and were friendliest and most helpful hotel staff we have ever experienced. The hotel room was a little small, but the bathroom was adequate. The prime location near Times Square and amazing staff offset the smaller hotel room size and justified the higher room cost.

Location perfect staff all great!

Excellent service from the moment we walked in through the time that we checked out. Property was beautiful and the lounge on the second floor was always well stocked with pastries and refreshments that were nice to have after coming back in from the city. Location was within walking distance of several major attractions, but also tucked away just enough to be on the quieter side. Would stay here again without hesitation.
