Room was clean, the view was good and staffs were helpful. However, the room was super small and packed

My family and I visited from out of state, when arriving at 1pm we were advised our room was not ready, or no problem check in is at 4pm. Around 3pm, I got back to see if the room is ready; the room was still not ready. Ok I’ll just wait until 4 and hopefully the room is ready. Well here we are at 4:05pm and my Executive Suite is still NOT READY!!??!! We were advised that they would check with housekeeping to see what the hold up was because they didn’t want to change my room???!!! The agent goes and speaks to her manager, she comes back and states the room is still not ready, but they will give me a temporary room to freshen up and relax until our room was ready. As soon as we get to the room, get clothes out to freshen up.. Knock knock.. your room is ready. Now we pack up and go to another room. We get to the new room, they only gave 2 towels and wash rags we are a family of 3!!?? Waited 45 mins to get more. Had to go get them myself. A/C went out had to get engineers to come look at it 3 times. They mentioned I would get the $100 destination fee (which they wanted me to pay $200 and my reservation said $91.72??!)back yesterday, then they said I would get it at check out. I am still awaiting the refund, Hmmmm…… Overall enjoyed my stay in the city.

The room was fairly spacious and appeared to be clean overall. The only major downside was the hair dryer. It barely blew any warm air, mostly just cold air, so it would probably take hours for someone with long hair to dry it. On top of that, the hair dryer was covered in dust, which was quite disappointing.

Amazing hotel to stay. Room is very clean. Staff is amazing and helpful. They go above and beyond to help you. Would definitely stay again.

Came to see oh Mary at the Lyceum and the convenience was perfect. The staff were wonderful and the room was great!

Nice place to stay

I really enjoyed the hotel’s proximity to Times Square and Broadway. The staff is extremely helpful. We really wanted to go to the Rooftop Bar but we didn’t know the staff had to escort you there, our keycard did not work. Great location and upper floors (we were on 53rd floor) are pretty quiet and redone.

The staff couldn't have been friendlier and we loved the rooftop bar! Great location - Highly recommend.

Amazing location and staff. No complaints at all.

Friendly staff and nice sized room with view. Clean and quiet. Roof top restaurant was nice option for drinks ( we didn’t love the drinks but view was amazing). Good location for seeing a show-would stay again!
