Friendly welcome and great spot !

We had an incredible experience here over the July 4th weekend! The hotel is in the perfect location—close enough to Times Square that you’re just steps from all the excitement, but far enough away that you don’t feel like you’re living in the middle of the crowds. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the service was exceptional. If I could give the staff 6 stars, I absolutely would. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The closet door shuts automatically so you have to stand in front of it to keep it open. Petty complaint, but aggravating. Very good shower. Supposed to be 3 drawers in dresser, but the middle one was missing, just the slides were there. Has mini fridge. Everyone that works there was outstanding. I would stay there again on 15-18 with no balcony.

Great location, fantastic staff, very nice rooms and amenities. I would recommend this location if you are going to be doing a lot around Times Square.

The gentleman at the front desk was super sweet. I had been there a couple weeks before and he remembered my name upon return my 2nd visit! Handsome mature gentleman… he was amazing! Rooms were great and everyone was always super kind!

Any time that I needed something, I only had to mention it, and staff took care of it immediately. Room was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe. I would stay at The Muse again. It is wonderfully close to Times Square, and there are restaurants close by. I recommend Havana Central, a Cuban restaurant, and the Carnegie Restaurant and Diner that is just up 46th (the same street) and around the corner.

Nearly a perfect stay! Hotel staff was wonderful, the room was clean and it was nicely decorated. Great location! I would’ve given it a full 5 stars if it wasn’t for an issue with their valet parking. They broke a decorative hanging from my rear view mirror into multiple pieces — not sure how this would’ve been an accident as it was sewn together — and left it in my cup holder without saying a word.

stored our luggage before and after so we could enjoy the city staff was cordial and helpful live jazz in the lounge short walk to the theater {one MINOR complaint-backlit mirror in the bathroom was insufficient for shaving/makeup}

Proximity to subway and Broadway but set back enough that you can avoid the crowds. Bellman were very eager to connect us with private car rides to the airport— and wasn’t completely honest about the rates which didn’t sit well with me. Clearly there’s something going on there by way of kickback or something. Didn’t appreciate that. Moreover asked for a quiet room and they stuck us with a room right on the front side of the hotel— required earplugs to sleep at night. Wasn’t our best stay.

Location was fantastic. Staff extremely friendly and helpful! We had a room with an extra side room with sofa pullout so the room was roomy and well equipped for 3 of us. (Could have fit 5 as there was also a small lounger that could fit an adult or child) Double vanities and large shower. We stepped out the door and everything we wanted to do was walkable. Recommend staying here for convenience and comfort! We didn't need cab for anything. We walked to Broadway show, Empire State Bldg, MSG, Central Park and tons of shopping. Subway 5 min away as well as Hop on Hop off bus stop. Super safe. Times Square right around corner! Price was high but it was during World Cup (which we didn't realize ahead of time) so maybe that's why or its just NY pricing? Worth it anyway for the location.
