The only downside is the street noise. It is difficult to sleep but that is the trade off for the wonderful location

Lovely boutique hotel! We had one of the 6 rooms with a balcony (on the 15th floor) and we found the room we will be reserving in NYC forevermore. It's not totally perfect, but the people there are amazing, and the amenities are outstanding. The staff are EXCELLENT. We've stayed in lots of hotels, and this was hands down the best one we've ever experienced. Photos shared are from the balcony view.

Hotel is in a great location, close to all the action of Times Square, but off the main street so you get a little peace and quiet when you want some down time. Staff is very helpful and friendly, appreciate you being their customer. Everything you can need within walking distance of the hotel, subway is close, Rooms are clean, good size, great water pressure in the shower, fully functional A/C, has a fitness center, and a nice, cozy restaurant.

The Muse New York is a very lovely boutique-ish hotel just off of time square and right in the middle of broadway shows, MSG and any restaurant you could want.

The staff was super nice and helpful! The rooms were exceptionally clean as well.

I’m giving this hotel in OK review because of the location and how convenient it was for us to get to everything. But they should definitely check on the cleanliness of the rooms the water being cold while showering and the AC system.

Perfect location! Walkable to time square within minutes.

We didn’t have a balcony. We were supposed to have one. We didn’t even have a view, another building instead and near the air conditioning unit so it was very noisy all night!
