Location. Comfortable room. Easy access to the elevator The noise of the AC

The location was perfect and super close to Times Square. We even found a fantastic café just around the corner from the hotel! The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The only minor downside was the room amenities—it would be great if they provided a kettle, tea, and coffee in the room. none

Location is good The manager and some of the people at the front desk are EXTREMELY rude. They charged the room wrong and were unable to provide an itemized receipt despite the various requests made. The manager laughed at my family and I and treated us in a very unprofessional way. Told me that he was going to email me the receipt prior to charging the card on file and never followed through with it but did make the unauthorized charge. Would not recommend staying here

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Quiet considering we were so close to time square.

The room was so quiet despite being only a block from Times Square! The staff were wonderful and even had umbrellas we could borrow when it started raining. The location was amazing and I would definitely choose to stay here again. The hallways were a little humid. But it was also very hot and humid outside. The rooms however were perfectly cool.

If you're okay with Times Square noise then I would recommend this place. The room is good with huge bathroom considering city. AC is loud but times square noise surpasses it. The best thing was the water station on 6th and 8th floor which saved our water cost for 4 days. They provided us kettle on request which was amazing as we needed hot water. They do have mini fridge as well. The checkin was smooth and they do take 300$ deposit. Make sure you do it by credit card. I would recommend this stay if you want something close to times square and okay with the rush. One issue was that the room floor was not vacuumed properly which we could see as some dirt was present in the corners which I would like the management to look at. Even after room service it wasn't cleaned.

The room was nice, but it's NY so it's a little low on the Sq Ft. Bed was comfortable. The location couldn't be too much better if you want to be in the middle of the action in Times Square, you are close to everything there. There wasn't much not to like. All rooms in NY are pretty expensive, so getting what you pay for isn't possible like it is in other places, but in NYC it's all about location, location location, so it was fairly priced given that it was the middle of NYC and there are lots of surrounding hotels, who charge more and you get less.

Perfect hotel! Great quiet location!

Staff was friendly. Rooms were a nice size. Shower water pressure could have been a little better, but ok. The one complaint I have is the valet parking. It ended up costing me $425 for 3 days, when I was expecting to pay $70 a day as they quoted on their website site. This price increase was quite hefty. They need to let people know that what they quote isn’t what you will pay.

The room was much more spacious than expected and nicer than I remember from my last time staying there. I like the open unstocked refrig. I wish that you coffee in the room.

We stayed at The Muse for a total of 14 nights. The best part about it was the size of the room for 4 x adults and the location. It was easy to walk from place to place or catch the subway. Some of our PowerPoints were not working within the room, but we made it work. There were also a few issues with the lift at times. Its boutique style of accommodation was exactly what we loved, Daniel at reception and David at the door were always a friendly face to see and so helpful! Thank you The Muse New York, what an experience!

A great sized room in a clean, friendly and safe hotel on the doorstep of Times Square and Broadway.
-
The hotel has an good location, right next to Times Square. We stayed in a quadruple room, which was very spacious and comfortable for all family. The breakfast was also good. Our room was on the fifth floor and faced the main street. Unfortunately, this meant that it was quite noisy, both because of the general activity in the area and because of the roadworks taking place outside.

Very quiet room and comfy bed. Amazing front desk staff. No coffee maker in room. A mini bar would have also been nice but not essential.

They were very helpful in receiving my packages

The $40 USD resort fee felt unjustified, with no clear benefits beyond gym access and Wi‑Fi. Other hotels offer far more value for similar fees. On the positive side, the concierge, valet, and most of the Opus Café staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is excellent and close to everything. Overall, an average stay with mostly great staff but frustrating policies.

Great location and very friendly staff. The main issues we had were with the bathroom. Very dim light makes it hard too see and put your makeup on. The water in the shower would not get hot, only lukewarm. The drains in the shower and sink also took forever to drain. I wish there was a coffee maker in the room as well. Other than that its a nice hotel.
