Great central location for theaters and restaurants. Well appointed and comfy room. Helpful staff and a nice little bar/restaurant attached.

Great Location! one block off Time Square. Not bad on noise levels for a city that never sleeps. Staff friendly, room was clean, property maintained, showing it's age a little but the AC was amazing for the current heat wave happening in the city right now. I would book again for my next trip to the city.

It was really great.

You couldn't beat the location. While only half a block off Times Square, it sits on less traveled street and is within walking distance to so many of the things we planned to see. Easy access to the trains and a quick walk to Central Park. From the doorman, to the front desk, to housekeeping, all the staff were very friendly, and always welcoming. The room was fairly large (especially for NYC), very clean, and the bed was very comfy after a long day of exploring. If you want to be in the middle of it all, this was a great place to stay!

The 24 hour parking was extremely expensive. I found out on the last day that the parking garage next door where my car probably was had a less expensive rate. Also the hidden extra fee when using Expedia was shocking. An additional $50 just because is not acceptable.

Location in the middle of Manhattan, close to everything. Cleanliness , cosy atmosphere , friendly staff No views, no coffee maker or kettle in the room, ice machine was broken at our level. I have to say they brought us ice every time we asked for it, and they also gave us a kettle when we requested one.

We loved the location. The room was more spacious than we expected and the staff were always so helpful. The hotel is right in the middle of all the Times Square action but tucked away enough to be calm and quiet.

Great hotel stay in a great location in Times Square. Very clean, nice size rooms, shower was fabulous, near public transportation, lots of great restaurants and Broadway theatres a short walk away.

Beautiful rooms, clean, hallways immaculate. Rooms are sound proof as much they could possibly be in NyC. AC worked great, it was 90 degrees outside and I was nice an comfy inside. Restaurant in lobby had delicious food and drinks. Had a wonderful time for an overnighter. Close to public transportation. Check in was easy.
