Very very basic hotel with absolutely no amenities, no ice machine, no coffee pot, refrigerator is old and doesn’t work very well, no microwave, elevators are old, dirty carpet in the floors and not well maintained, stains on carpet next to bed, Mirror in bathroom held on wall with mailing tape, no glasses or cups provided in rooms, no soda or snack machines, no bar, no restaurant. Many nicer hotels in area for the same price. Will not return!

Hotel was not in the best shape, staff were helpful, and rooms were clean

Room and bathroom were large and spacious unlike New York cities hotels. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived shortly after 1pm, room was ready so we were able to check in early with no additional cost. Very clean and quiet. Rate was good also

If Management is reading this -- Kindly look into Coffee , its a Must for Morning Kickstart.

The room was clean too. However, I wish there were more channels to choose from on the Television.

Staff is so polite and helpful. The Hotel is in a very nice location 2 blocks away from Times Square. The room was pretty clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Bathroom’s are clean and with many amenities. Loved it

The staff was very nice and helpful, they even upgraded our room upon check in. The hotel is pretty clean, however it could use a little updating, as the decor in the rooms were dated and the carpets/couch were stained. Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was in a convenient location and the price wasn't too bad for the location.

Our room felt very luxurious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff was uniformly courteous and helpful. The only oddity was that the large, comfortable-looking lobby offered no food or drinks despite being clearly designed as a bar/restaurant.

The room was too small very deep tub. Hard to get in and out of. No refrigerator, very uncomfortable room. No onsite parking.

The rooms are large for New York but this is a very tired hotel. It looks like it was amazing in its day but it needs a few millions to update. Staff is great, pricing good, location great.

The staff were amazing and so helpful if you’re looking for restaurants or stores. Great suggestions for sight seeing too! If the bar/lounge area was up and running this place would be a knock out!

Location and the staff were great! My room was fine, the toilet was swanky! It was dark in the room, which I like when sleeping but not when I arrive at night and I'm trying to work things out. There were lights but not enough of them and no main light at the door. The lack of windows allowing natural light didn't help. The bed was a little too soft for me (personal preference). The gym was ok but some of the machines didn't work.
