Great location and spacious rooms.

Our room felt very luxurious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff was uniformly courteous and helpful. The only oddity was that the large, comfortable-looking lobby offered no food or drinks despite being clearly designed as a bar/restaurant.

Nothing. The room was too small very deep tub. Hard to get in and out of. No refrigerator, very uncomfortable room. No onsite parking.

The rooms are large for New York but this is a very tired hotel. It looks like it was amazing in its day but it needs a few millions to update. Staff is great, pricing good, location great.

The staff were amazing and so helpful if you’re looking for restaurants or stores. Great suggestions for sight seeing too! If the bar/lounge area was up and running this place would be a knock out!

Old properties. Renovation needed. Room was moderately clean. The check-in staff was not bad. But the bell boy was terrible.

Stayed here for business. It was a pricey last minute room, but turned out to be a very nice one.

Spooky, entering the lobby of The Royalton was a ghost town. Before Covid the Royalton was the place to be seen. Today, the room was totally outdated and the stains on the carpet made me a little nervous. The staff appeared to be on the same frequency, low energy and scripted. Let's not forget there were no cable channels available, just local stations.

Stayed there two nights. Perfect location close to everything. Room was relatively modern, clean and comfortable. Staff super friendly and helpful.

excellent location for our needs. staff was freindly needs a little TLC. refrig didn't work. carpet was frayed around edges.

Not a ton of amenities but the property was well maintained, close to theaters, shopping and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
