The furniture and floors in the room were covered in stains. No amenities no bar no restaurants. Hard to tell if the staff worked there or were guests… very creepy vibe!

Had a reservation for a nearby hotel . Was told room not available even though I had a reservation and confirmation number . Staff at front desk was very friendly and accommodating

I had a very good stay at Royalton NY. The staff is excellent! Everyone was extremely friendly and always willing to help, which was a refreshing contrast to the upscale hotel where the conference I attended was held. The room was comfortable, and the cleanliness throughout my stay was great. The location is also wonderful, with very easy access to the main tourist attractions and the metro. I also loved how close the hotel was to Grand Central Terminal (beautiful historic landmark in itself!), as well as to the New York Public Library. As I said, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. It delivers exactly what it promises, which I really appreciated.

Property is extremely outdated. Stains on the carpet, couch, & head board. We left 10 minutes after checking in.

I needed to be near Bryant Park and it was very conveniently located. I was able to get to the theater and the museum is very easily. It’s a very old hotel. Which is no fault of the property. He could spend more time shampooing carpets in the room. I know, you get what you pay for.
