Club Quarters, Times Square - Midtown

Comfortable clean hotel in a great location The room had a lot of noise hard to get use to at the beginning of our stay the hotel was very sympathetic to our plight and offered good resources to try to resolve which was a great approach and very understanding

The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. We love the refillable water bottles too.

Clean and quiet Nothing

The theatre district is not a favorite location. The room was comfortable and the free coffeed 24/7 was greatly appreiciated. Location, location, location.

Great location, 2 blocks from Times Square and half a block from 5th Ave. Free coffee and tea in the lobby and in the room. Great water pressure in the shower Property is a bit dated although the rooms had a makeover. No safe in the room

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout check-in. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including the purified water filter and the option to help yourself to toiletries and other essentials. The coffee machine was also a great touch and made mornings even better. Overall, a welcoming, clean, and well-equipped hotel—we would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was amazing. It’s very close to everything in Times Square and Midtown, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and public transportation nearby. The perfect location for exploring New York City. We would definitely stay here again! Nothing.

Location Rooms are small

Nous avons séjourné au Club Quarters Hotel Midtown – Times Square lors d’un séjour entre amies en mai dernier et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre expérience. Le gros point fort de cet hôtel est définitivement son emplacement! Nous étions à quelques minutes à pied de Times Square et de la 5e Avenue, et nous avons pu faire une grande partie de nos visites, du shopping et de nos déplacements simplement en marchant. Pour profiter pleinement de Manhattan, c’était vraiment pratique! La chambre était assez petite, mais honnêtement, cela ne nous a pas dérangées. Elle était propre, fonctionnelle et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. De toute façon, à New York, notre chambre nous servait principalement de dortoir 😂 : nous partions le matin et revenions après avoir profité de la ville toute la journée! Une mention spéciale pour le personnel, que nous avons trouvé vraiment aimable, accueillant et serviable tout au long de notre séjour. ❤️ Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions offertes par l’hôtel : eau gratuite ainsi que café, thé, lait et chocolat chaud à volonté tous les jours. ☕️🙌 C’est peut-être un détail, mais après des journées entières à marcher dans New York, c’était vraiment agréable! Pour celles et ceux qui recherchent un hôtel propre, pratique, accueillant et surtout extrêmement bien situé pour visiter Manhattan à pied, c’est une excellente option.

The location There is no facilities, bad air condition, bad smell

very loud room, could hear the elevator all night. The air conditioner was very loud and went off and on all night. Great location, but not worth the price.

We spent a week here and were very happy with the cleanliness of the room and property, the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, the air conditioning, the coffee and espresso in the lobby, the filtered water in the hall. My only complaint is the constant loud hum of the building HVAC unit (I assume that’s what it was) in the center courtyard. Probably not much can be done about that. That said, we heard virtually no street noise at night, which is surprising for a Times Square area hotel.

The hotel has good ambiance/vibe, service/personnel very nice and good, efficient. Room size and bedlinen and bed very good quality, Perhaps the airconditioner could have been of a better quality, it was very hot and humid.
