Club Quarters, Times Square - Midtown

Perfect stay

I was traveling solo for this trip and had a very good experience at Club Quarters. The hotel was very convenient to Times Square and the Theater District and even so there wasn't much street noise. The staff were very welcoming, professional, and helpful. I really appreciated being able to drop my luggage with the concierge before my room was ready for check-in.

One elevator was insane during the World Cup, especially a tiny elevator. But other than that the staff was friendly and the room was super clean. I've stayed at the other Club Quarters before and this was as just as nice and the staff were great.

Excellent stay at Club Quarters. Amazing facilities, complimentary toiletries and coffee (both in the room and at reception). We had a perfect stay.

Amazing location. Easy walking distance to Broadway and all other midtown attractions. Rooms were decent size for NY. Air conditioning worked well even in 100 degree temperatures! Only bad thing was one of the two elevators was broken for the three days we were there.

Room are small but clean. Excellent location and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Excellent location - close to theatres but very quiet

Exceptionally comfortable mattress and pillows. I slept better than in my own bed. The room and bathroom were very very clean. The rule was spacious enough, the bathroom was very small but comfortable. The staff or extremely friendly and professional. Very helpful. It didn’t have a rest around, but had plenty of space to bring your own food in a dining area to have a feast. It also has a very beautiful and comfortable lounge to relax. It has free water and sparkling water and a very delicious coffee 24/7.

We were on the 12th floor and there is no view from the room as the buildings alongside are bigger. Hotel staff were fantastic, helpful on every level. Hotel is well situated in the heart of the city. There is room for a bar on the ground floor which has been removed, this is a beautiful lounge area but with a bar reinstated it would be perfect.

Very clean, the staff was wonderful and kind and excited for us and our experience... loved the refillable water station and 24hr coffee bar.

Fantastic little hotel in great mid town location, very handy for broadway, times square, Bryant park. Cool quiet hotel, helpful staff, rooms clean and comfortable. Only downside is Gym is poor, its nothing more than a home gym in a very small space. 2 person max. Free tea coffee, toiletries, water ice..

Great location Nothing

There is a very nice and comfortable lobby with coffee and tea. They even have decaffeinated tea which is hard to find in New York cafes. Staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. We were able to store our luggage. The room is very clean. The room could be better. For a room that doesn’t provide even a refrigerator or a coffee maker, the price of $350 is not value for our money. I guess we are paying for the location.

Excellent, helpful staff. Free coffee, tea, soda and water stand downstairs, very clean, room was spacious, unusual for manhatten. No safe in the room. Irresponsible not to have a safe. And the air conditioning was extremely noisy. I also paid a very high rate, i believe because of the world cup games. Nearly $500 a night, which was too high for this hotel.
