Everything was really good but you should have some gluten free option for breakfast.

On the downside, check-in was extremely long….with only 2 people in line. The air conditioning in my sleeping room didn’t work properly. In the evening when I couldn’t tolerate it any longer I called reception. No one answered on the first 2 tries. When someone finally did, they responded that maintenance doesn’t work in the evening and didn’t offer to change my room. Of course you get what you pay for it u will not be staying here again even if convenient.

Clean room and for an overnight was great for the location to broadway shows and time Square.

Great location, helpful staff. Underserved in the elevator department and breakfast is an absolute disaster.

It was not at all clear when I booked that my room was in the basement level The air conditioner was working but I could not adjust the temperature so it was actually cold in the room . The breakfast was pretty bad and the room set up created a huge traffic jam and had no where near enough seating, plus the coffee machine broke down so there was no coffee

Had to call front desk 3xs the first 2 days , not cold water in shower- air conditioner leaked water on floor 2 times -TVs volume wouldn’t work each time after I turned it off. Banging in the morning due to work being done in the room next door. Elevator (only 2) real slow. Coffee station off 50% of the time. Super small crowded lobby. Staff was nice, they tried.

Great little hotel for what we needed. Great location. Nothing fancy but did the job. Would stay there again.

Basic, but good breakfast that starts at 5.30, which is perfect to start your day early

Asegurar que la cortina del baño esté siempre limpia y que no tenga un olor mustio causado por compuestos orgánicos volátiles microbianos causados por hongos, bacterias y levaduras.

Only suggestion is provide more seating at breakfast by cleaning off tables and having a larger space for guests to clean off their own.
