Do not stay here the only good thing to say about it was its location.

Great spot, breakfast and amenities were great; just didn’t appreciate having to pay $ for an extra hour for checkout. The room was quite pricey to then add on to it. Otherwise, we lived our stay.

The property is located for easy movement throughout Manhattan, love it

Beds were comfortable and clean. Shower water pressure great, free breakfast was a bonus. Staff was pleasant

First of all excellent location! Then the housekeeping staff were very friendly and more than obvious they did a great job cleaning, first place to them! Front Desk people were nice, too

The check out process has been problematic. The staff was not able to provide a receipt upon my check out and ask for my email to send the receipt. I have not received my receipt but I have received another guest receipt for the stay. Additional I was bill for what appears to be three separate room charges but I have no idea what they are because I haven’t received my receipt.

Amazing hotel

Hotel was exactly as described. I previously read issue

beyond basic and shocking undervalue for the price. But that's NY i guess couldnt turn lights off. In room phone didnt work. Noisy. Tiny, sterile room. No character at all. Breakfast was just some pastries and oatmeal

That said, there were several things that could be improved. When we entered the room, the AC smelled incredibly stale, and there were quite a few marks on the walls that made the room feel less clean than it should have. Housekeeping only replaced our towels. The beds were left unmade and the rest of the room wasn’t tidied. Breakfast runs from 5:30–9:30 AM, which felt unnecessarily early. Something like 6:30–10:30 would be much more convenient. Every time I went down for coffee, the machine was being cleaned, and there were no to-go cups. When we suggested them, the response was essentially, “never have, never will,” which felt unnecessarily dismissive. My dad also had to insist on getting a bottle of water after initially being told no. These are small hospitality touches, but they make a difference. Overall, I think you get what you pay for. If you’re okay with a more basic experience, it’s an affordable, centrally located option. With more attention to cleanliness, housekeeping and guest service, it could be much better.
