Excellent location in midtown in safe neighborhood. Recommend the prepaid breakfast and room with fold out love seat for family stay. NOTICE: photo of outdoor seating room that is shown is not public. It is a private suite photo!!! No outdoor space for guests.

But really expensive 1100$ for 1 night without breakfast So Expensive for a small and old amnesties hotel

But aside from that nothing extraordinary. I prepaid for breakfast and I felt it was a scam. I ordered eggs Benedict and a juice and was charged extra. Checkout is at 11. Soon it will be at 10

Staff was helpful, professional, informative and very friendly. Best service we’ve had at a hotel in NYC. We asked for ice everyday and they were quick to get it to our room. Room was nice and clean and quiet. Room was large for NYC. Bathroom shower was small and shower head wasn’t the best if you don’t want to get hair wet since it sprays directly down on you. Also the bathroom lights are automatic so they turn off if you’re in the shower too long. Wished we had a fridge instead of a mini bar and a regular iron instead of a steamer. Had a great stay at Sofitel and would definitely stay again.

Excellent location to local site and public transportation

The room was very clean, modern style furnished, I can not give 10 to the staff because they made a mess with my reservation sending me to a room with guests, which was embarrassing. Breakfast was very good, bar and restaurant had amazing food and very nice staff.

Great boutique hotel in a convenient central location with amazing service staff. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Établissement bien situé. Le Check-in très rapide. Le personnel du restaurant Social 45 très sympathique. Nous avions une chambre rénovée et quoique pas très grande, tout y était. En plein Broadway.

Remodeled rooms and suites are nice. They try to nickel and dime you every chance they get like charging a delivery fee for room service (never ever heard of this and stayed and hundreds of properties worldwide). We had some problems with the suite being in disrepair (interior door not closing, bathroom having a bad lingering odor, etc.) and they tried to fix it and resolve the issues. Overall, a good stay and good property.
