Établissement bien situé. Le Check-in très rapide. Le personnel du restaurant Social 45 très sympathique. Nous avions une chambre rénovée et quoique pas très grande, tout y était. En plein Broadway.

Remodeled rooms and suites are nice. They try to nickel and dime you every chance they get like charging a delivery fee for room service (never ever heard of this and stayed and hundreds of properties worldwide). We had some problems with the suite being in disrepair (interior door not closing, bathroom having a bad lingering odor, etc.) and they tried to fix it and resolve the issues. Overall, a good stay and good property.

Perfectly located between 5th and 6th Avenue if you are wanting to see the sights in New York . Rooms were large clean and comfortable. Love the Sofitel beds they are so comfy. Would have been nice for tea and coffee facilities in the room.

There were no drawers in the entire two rooms. Plus an extra throw in the living area would have been nice. Other than that the rooms were very accommodating.

Great stay at the Sofitel New York! The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was excellent from check-in to check-out. Everyone was friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice, clean and friendly staff. No coffee unless I wanted to spend $10 a cup. Next trip to NYC i will find a hotel with coffee.

Staff was friendly. Didn’t appreciate the ‘urban experience’ of $45 though of which we used none on the list. The location is convenient for our purposes.
