A refrigerator in a closet...I have never seen that before. It wasn't refrigerating anything. It was hot. I only one of the staff members was friendly. Two of the bellhops were pretty friendly and welcoming. The other staff I encountered were the opposite. There were spots on towels and the pillows making those things seem unclean

Very good location near Times Square. The room was spacious, tidy and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was nice.

Location was great, but no wifi for 3 days, daily coffee offered was always empty or cold and the continental breakfast was the worst we ever had.

I was informed just after I completed check in that the internet and wifi was not working. I was informed it may not be fixed during my stay as it was neighborhood wide. When I asked about a refund I was told to contact Expedia.
