We enjoyed our 2 night stay. We drove from NH to Union Station in New Haven, CT and took the Metro- North train to Grand Central Station, it took about 5 hrs. We walked from the train station with 2 wheeled suitcases and 2 small carry-on size bags. It was pretty quick and easy. Check in was quick and the staff was helpful and friendly. We walked around Rockafeller Center which is across the street. We came back to the hotel for the nightly reception where beer, wine and light snacks are served, this is included with your stay. Rooms are small as expected, but very clean, comfortable beds, nicely designed, view of the Empire State building from our window. The room was quiet! No outside street noise and no sounds from surrounding guest rooms, which was great! Dinner at Bar Rocco in the hotel was delicious. Good central location to be in the city. We would stay again. $600 for 2 nights including all fees, which was about $150 more than the total Hotels.com total cost, there were destination fees.

Loved it!

The pampered style treatment was home away from home! From the water bottle gift at check in , the free drinks in the room frig, the free happy hour and morning coffee was all top tier! We didn’t want to leave, but we had to!!

Amazing, Thank you!
-
Crowded. Lots of male staff dressed in dark suits monitoring your movements, but helping guests with luggage apparently not in their job description. Elevators went down for an hour.

Great vibes and location!

I Really don't care to write a review for this hotel, I am beyond disappointed, I will never stay there again and that's that!!!!!
-
Great hotel, very well run, staff was fantastic. The only issue! The rooms are microscopic!!

Hotel is modern and centrally located near Times Square.

Room was super clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. View was great. Price was competitive. Location is in the middle of all attractions. We enjoyed our 4 nights in Manhattan.
-
Great hotel in a great location, but easily the smallest city hotel room I have ever stayed in. It was fine for a single traveler but 2 adults with 2 suitcases wouldn’t have been a tight fit.

Staff crean Room nice …….

Nice hotel, great location but rooms are tiny
-
Very small rooms and looking at a brink wall. Elevators very slow

Great location, modern decor, and friendly staff. The social hour in the lobby at 5 pm was a nice surprise. We enjoyed being close to Rockefeller Plaza and a short walking distance to Broadway and Times Square.

We had a few issues though: 1) check in staff at arrival were not friendly. Busy, but not friendly. 2) the day we checked in, the elevators were not working for about 45 mins around 6:30 - 7pm ish. I went down to have a glass of wine and left my son in the room. While there, he texted me to tell me he was feeling very sick. He has a life threatening peanut allergy and I was unsure what was going on, I could not get to him and was told I also could not access the stairs - that they are for hotel emergencies only and the doors on each floor would be locked. I did speak to Sandra about this and she waived the resort fee for one night and gave 50K reward points to my account. It is a week after we have checked out and these awards are not in my account. 3) AC in our room did not work. After the first night, we were told we could move rooms but with only one night left, I felt it was too much of a hassle + with the experiences to date, would it be any different? We stayed in our room but had to have cold showers in the middle of the night. I have contacted the hotel about this 2 times since check out and have not had a reply/acknowledgement since I have checked out. For a hotel trying to build itself, this is quite shocking.

Great location, excellent staff. I have never stayed in a smaller hotel room in the United States. There was not enough room for storage. It might be good for a one or two night stay but I was there five nights and started feeling a little claustrophobic. Comfortable bed, excellent shower. Had a great dinner at Bar Rocco.
