Staff at front of house and in the bar during happy hour were super friendly and helpful. Nice to always come back to a clean bedroom at the end of a long day New Yorking !

Rooms are tiny, especially for the price. No coffee machine in room and refrigerator holds about 4 cans of soda. Despite the fact I put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door in the morning hours it was completely ignored & knocked on first by housekeeping and then again later by a maintenance person as I was trying to use the tiny bathroom to leave in time for checkout.

Perfect hotel for a trip to nyc! Amazing location and absolutely beautiful inside. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Staff was also very helpful and friendly!

Very, very, very tiny room. Have never had such a small room. Cruise ship cabin is bigger! No room for luggage at all!

It was interesting and a bit confuding that check in was on the third floor. Once checked in navigating the elevators was also interesting - once you scanned your room key you were assigned an elevator to take. While I am certain this is designed to spread guests out, there always seemed to be a line for the elevator and scanning! On the upside, the happy hour was a nice touch, and the staff were ver nice.

Stayed with my friend for 1 night and it was amazing. The room is more suited for 1 person, so we had 2 rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly, would definitely stay here again

Fabulous hotel! Pretty property! Everything is new! Quite secure! Very safe! Bed and shower were wonderful! All staff were extremely helpful! Room is small since it is NYC; the use of space is phenomenal! Location is directly across from Rockefeller Plaza!

After I checked in and arrived at my room, I found a letter stating that the city was working on the water, so that there was no water from 11pm until 7am. If I had no ahead of time would not have stayed there. So no shower at night. In the morning the water was not returned until nearly 9am so no morning shower, shaving, etc in the morning either before I had to leave for a business meeting. But it was great....the hotel still charged me the full amount although no water for toilets, showers, shaving, teeth brushing, etc. during my stay.

The location is excellent for getting around town. Great variety of restaurants nearby and at the hotel. The bed was very comfortable! Will book here again in the future.
