The Jewel Hotel, New York

Only issue i had was there was not another outlet for the bed but i knew it was mostly for just a 1 person room.

Awesome friendly and informative staff! Free laundry and coffee :-) filtered ice water on every floor. Super close to 5th Avenue and great area to get to everything. Pizza next door is really good

Very clean, helpful staff, hotel is in a great location?

We had a great stay! The hotel was small, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent and made it easy to walk or take the subway to all the major attractions we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly, and everything went smoothly during our stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to New York!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was phenomenal - very convenient to everything (though there were a number of delays on the F train, obviously not related to the hotel). Room was small but comfortable - though we definitely needed the A/C on (65-85 F outside). Beds were very soft; pillows were a bit thick. Water bottles and filtered refilling stations on each floor were much appreciated. Ice was only available on one floor, which was somewhat minorly inconvenient.

The professional courteous staff, location, and amenities were better than expected. We plan to stay here again.

I was right next door to the staff break room and there was people in and out all night long. Also, bed was not the most comfortable. I honestly think if I wasn’t in that location I’d have 5 of 5. It was great location, great price, and great place.

Weird thing about this hotel is they hold 50 usd per day and will be refunded after 40days..

Location, room was clean, very comfortable bed Unfortunately there was construction in the adjacent building. Very loud, lasting 8am-5pm. Not their fault, but uncomfortable

Brilliant location, friendly staff, fresh water station on every floor (so handy and good for environment)! Nothing.

Great location, nice and helpful staff. Second floor was very, very warm. Used the restrooms on that floor a few times. We would stay at The Jewel again!
