To be honest. There was dust everywhere.

Jerick at the Front Desk took his time in explaining all the daily offers that were included during our visit. He was an excellent representative upon arrival. All the Staff were always very cooperative in answering any questions we had about the hotel and New York City. First Class the whole way

The hotel was ok but the rooms don’t even have a kettle or tea and coffee. It is a very dated hotel.

Doing elevator maintenance which sucked eggs! Horrible during conference and after. Bad timing to do something like that

The hotel is well located for a business and leisure trip! The only inconvenience are the elevators: sometimes you can wait up to 10 mins to find a ride from the top floors

Trip went off without a hitch!! Room was great and location is very convenient. 5 stars! Clean and comfortable!

Most of the front desk staff were unfriendly and not particularly helpful. The one exception was one guy (name started with a J), who stood out for his friendliness and excellent customer service. There were also some housekeeping issues. My pillowcase had a few yellow stains on it when I arrived, although staff promptly brought clean replacements when I requested them. Additionally, the body soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty on our first night. Housekeeping did come up and refill it after we notified them. I appreciate that staff addressed the issues when they were reported, but these are details that should have been checked before guests arrived. Overall, aside from the convenient location, the stay was underwhelming.

Location is awesome. Most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby cafe had reasonably priced and healthy options. Cleaning staff were friendly and greeted us. I will stay here again.

Always a pleasure to stay. Conveniently located to major attractions and transportation.

Room is ok and has room of improvement for refurbishing. Refurbishing is needed.
