Train staff better. The only rude folks I met in NYC were the hotel staff.

There is an elevator renovation going on that is to last 3 years. It was not the ideal venue for the conference I attended with a large group of participants. Check-in was also not ideal as I waited to check in over 30 minutes and there was a significant line behind me.

I visited this hotel twice, however this last time I did not like the room and the bathroom was not remodeled.

Had a room with twin beds. They were definitely older mattresses. Not very comfortable. Pillows also weren’t great. The room was clean.

We had a great time at the Hilton Midtown. Clean rooms, friendly staff, they really went out of their way to make us feel special for my son's 7th birthday. Central location in between Times Square and Central Park walking was a breeze. Easy subway access, taxi stand right outside of the hotel. Just overall great value.

The shower has multiple mildew stains, sink did not drain properly and the beds were very uncomfortable.

They were not transparent with their resort fee and the credit per day. The rooms were not worth the money. We had a family suite. Was not clean bathroom was small.

We were disappointed with the very long Check-In line and inequities in service. After standing in the line for close to thirty minutes, a staff member opened up another line. People who came in long after me and several others were ushered to the front of the new line. There was also a long line at the elevators with confusion on how to operate them. It was a frustrating way to begin our visit.

Room was very clean. Could not get back in room. Took 3 trips to front desk to finally get someone to fix the door and let us back in. Took a total of 45 minutes.
