The staff were awesome, very helpful and responsive. The location was great, walking distance to Time Square and Madison Square Garden. We enjoyed our three days in NYC. Monday morning there was some street traffic noise but that's to be expected in the city. Also had bars and restaurants close by that we stopped at. Overall a wonderful experience.

The staff said that only for additional fee. Which I selected to accept. However the "upgraded" room was not fully funtional.. and after replacing 2 more rooms I found myself eventually at the same room level. This annoying process too 2 hours.

A luxury hotel in midtown that is reasonably priced! The room was spacious and clean. Everything was great - comfortable bed, wonderful amenities, and lovely staff. The location is so central and convenient. It was also quiet! Loved it and will be back!

Excellent overall. Location, staff, amenities and above all, bedrooms. The only hotel I know of in NYC with a suite that has two queen beds. Excellent for families.

Only drawbacks to excellence were single sink in bathroom and dysfunctional closet arrangements for two people with one week of clothing. Otherwise great experience…especially staff from front desk to bell captains to housekeeping.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of 4. The location couldn’t have been better, we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go in NYC. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and it was always so nice to come back to a clean room that had been turned down for the evening. We would definitely stay here again!
